Their value meal menu i think is great,good food,good prices.havent been there a lot,until one night i order a burger it was... 3.99 it was one of the best buger i have had in a long time,the bun was so soft not chewy,just soft the meat was perfect not vhover cooked,and it was hot,really hot and so were the fries, i always order a burger for my dog,and it to was cooked perfectly.The kids working there are great from the cook to the pretty little girl taking my money. It was such a good experience i had tocall and talk to the manager, he was wonderful he is so proud of his staff.this is my new burger spot. Read more
Rude workers. Gave me wrong size fry. And gave me no napkins. The burger was great. Which is the only reason they got 2 stars.
Normally I wouldn't bother commenting on a fast food joint but I tried the new fish sandwich. Another funny textured piece of... fried fish but what really stood out was the overly sweet and sugary tartar sauce that made it nearly unpalatable. I came to this Jack in the Box at 10:26pm, no one helped me at the drive thru so I drove on. This place closes at 11:00pm and I... seen people inside cleaning up. If you close earlier those hours need to be posted. I also find it rude to not even tell me theywere closed. This was not the first time this has happened. Very annoying. Only reason I?m giving three stars is because somenice girls gave my dogs a bunch of bacon once. Read more
Disappointing when you spend $7 on an ultimate cheeseburger to get home and find they only put one hamburger patty on the burger... and the bun is so dry and chewy like it was left out all night. I love Jack's, but really bummed out. Read more
Jack In The Box needs to take a close look at the Portland area franchise operator. This location represents everything wrong... with area locations...closing when they feel like it and not sticking to posted hours, and not opening the dining room whenother chains are back to normal. Nearly every Jack In The Box location around the Portland area is like this now. This used tobe a reliable chain but I am moving on to one that can actually enforce standards and run the locations properly. Read more
