Arrived today to pick up a doordash order and the lobby was closed at 5:30pm, even to third party affiliates. Dine in service... hours shown online are incorrect and should be updated to reflect proper store hours. The doordash app even told me to pick upinside, kind of ridiculous. Read more
This is my favorite jack in the box in town. The customer service is always great, and they even remember my order, including no... lettuce on my tacos. I've had a few bad experiences at other jack in the boxes, but this place has consistently been my go tofast food place in town. I could not recommend them highly enough. The lady on the drive thru was so unbelievably rude! I can tell she was having a bad day, and it was only 7am. Honestly she... ruined my day. I couldn't believe her attitude ???? she even complained about me being to far from the window and kept sayinghow she "can't move the wall" I was so confused knowing I've never had an issue before. And the fact that I kept trying to justignore her but she kept at it with the bad comments. ???? The employees were nice, but the food was meh. It was hot and fresh, but super greasy. My hashbrowns were so greasy that it went... through the wrapper & they weren't cooked in the center. I didn't get a toy with the kids meal and they didn't give ketchup. Read more
This location was on W. Mill Plain Blvd., been here numerous times as we live just down the street. On this day, 7/21, I came... up to the drive thru window & was greeted by a young man (cashier), he wasn't wearing a mask (per covid re-opening regulationsfor restaurants) & so was all the other crew inside the store from what I saw. I was wearing my mask & I asked him where hismask was & he said he has it & I requested that he put it on before he serves me. He did & he must've told the others as Inoticed they too had put their masks on. This is a very critical step to protecting them as well as the customer & ManagementMust monitor these young crew members, educate them enough to emphasize the critical importance of the mask. Note that thedrive up window was dirty & dusty. Cleanliness & constant sanitation needs to be a focus at this store. Read more
