My husband and I put in an online pick up order for 3pm for our granddaughter to pick up for us. The order was pretty simple,... two hamburgers, two fries, and a soda. Our granddaughter told us that when she got there at 3, there were about 3-4 peoplestanding around chatting and didn't acknowledge her even though she was waiting at the counter. Then, when they did acknowledgeher, she told them what order she was picking up and an employee told her it'd be a 5 min wait. She proceeded to wait over 20minutes and when the order was handed to her, they didn't notice there was a drink on the order and she walked out without it.Now eating the order the fries taste stale. Very disappointing experience. We've ordered from here a few times and completelyunderstand that many businesses are struggling with understaffing issues. Their burgers are tasty with a good choice of free toppings. I had the smallest burger with mushrooms, relish, onions, & mayo.... If you don?t want a bun, there?s a choice to have it wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The burger was cooked just right withouttasting dry. The fries are hand cut. At the eatery, they tell you where the spuds are from in the US. It was worth the wait asthe food came hot and fresh. There?s other choices such as dogs and sandwiches. They should be called One Guys right now. The one person working there needs 5 stars as she was a rockstar. Between taking... orders, cooking the all the food, she greeted everyone who walked in with a smile and a real apology for being the only onethere. Then she gave us a pretty accurate wait time of when we could expect our food. But when you have to wait 15 min beforeeven getting your order taken that?s when management need to be there helping out. Hiring is rough right now, so take a hitmanagement, raise your wages as the demand requires it and bring service back to your business. No Ice in the machines soda was flat I told an employee and he said ok. Lol the counter top were really messy its just a... disgusting mess for a five guys restaurant. Need a lot of better employees for $16 an hours you folks don?t know how to work.Sad Because this is a newer five guys restaurant. I will not return. It was busy, but they forgot my order: a really easy medium side of cajun fries. I had to wait for about twenty minutes just for... that. My order was #88 and they had served up to #96 before cooking my order. One of the employees was nice and apologizedprofusely after finding out that my order was forgotten. Worst experience at a 5 Guys I've ever had. Completely understaffed. $20 for a burger, fries and drink... You would think that... the food and service would be too notch. It took a long time to get the burger. It fell apart at the first bite. The bun was nottoasted as requested. Asked them to refill the ketchup dispenser but fries were cold by the the time they got around to it.Just a bad experience for this new location. Read more
