I was having a rough day. I didn't want to talk to anyone. The previous week I had lost my husband of 33 years unexpectedly. So... like I was saying. I didn't want to talk to anyone. I had my order taken. I got up to the window and the guy said. You're theStw Ban Smoothie. I nodded my head he must have saw it in my eyes or something. He Bent down to my leave and said. I have justthe thing for that rough day. He handed me my smoothie and then he smiled. He said it's infectious if I smile you have to smileand it made me smile and chuckle. I still feel pretty new to Dutch Bros, but every location I've been to & every occasion, everyone has been consistently friendly... and helpful and patient with a DB rookie. The beverages have been delicious most of the time, and when they do fall short,everyone is HAPPY to make something else and try to make it measure up to exactly what I was hoping for. Funny thing about themchatting you up at the window? Sometimes when I arrive, I don't feel like chatting, but they're so doggone upbeat and thoughtfulthat I can't help but lighten up & talk to them like I might with a friend. ?? Read more
If you like coffee GO TO THIS DUTCH BROS! This was absolutely the best coffee and customer service I have ever had. I wasn?t... sure what I wanted and the gal that greets you in the lot helped me make a coffee that was way better then I could have came upwith on my own. The customer service and friendliness of the staff at the window was beyond awesome. I was already in a goodmood, but I left here feeling even better. Read more
Normally I'd give more stars, but this visit wasn't up to it's normal standards. The line was long, and it took a long time for... customers to get their orders. Someone did walk out with great customer service, and was quick to take my order. Then it was anextremely long wait. Eventually someone came out to give me me drink, but it was difficult to get out of the drive thru becausethe car at the window was blocking everyone else in. From what I saw (when I was eventually able to get out & go around) itlooked like they knew each other, and the employee was too busy chatting away over the customers new finger nails. Read more
I used to think that this Dutch bros was the best in the area. They were (and still are) always super kind and friendly, and... made the best tasting drinks. But these last couple of weeks when I go, they literally taste so bad. To the point I asked themto remake it, and it was still so bad. I don?t know why but their oat milk always tastes like play-Doh. I go to other coffeeshops around and their oat milk tastes fine in drinks, so maybe it?s the brand they use. Also they add little to no flavoring totheir drinks. So when I order a flavored drink it tastes like straight up, milk, Red Bull, or coffee. It?s just nasty. Also Iordered a muffin top today and it came with part of the wrapper still attached. I took a bite of it, totally gross. I think thatthe employees just need to be retrained or something. Because they are so nice, but sooooo bad at their job. Read more
