A regular weekend treat, even with the pricing increases. Dont stop by as often as we used to but this is the favourite dutch... that's close to the house. The staff is always on the ball, quick to take an order and provide excellent recommendations whenasked. Thank you for not being insistent on your ideas of what is the best there, I truly appreciate you listen to the customerand offer suggestions based on their likes, not yours. So few places seem to take that perspective of late and I think it's thebest reason to keep coming back again and again. Read more

We went for coffee on june 1st and a very nice young woman was taking our order while an extremely loud and belligerent coworker... of hers was yelling and grabbing her around the neck. He was playing but it was extremely alarming and I hope this girl suesDutch Bros for the dangerous working conditions. We will never come back to this location. The guy was aggressive, loud andgrabbing his female coworker very unprofessionally. She joked that he was drunk but honestly he probably was. I felt so badfor this woman. Read more
Three words: outstanding customer service. This is my first visit to the Vancouver area, and I had the pleasure of choosing to... venture out and try Dutch Bros Coffee this morning. I did not leave feeling anything other than satisfied. The first girl (wishI would?ve caught her name) who took my order outside was helpful and helped me choose a coffee I enjoyed. She was nothing lessthan helpful, friendly, and welcoming. As I approached the window I had the pleasure of chatting with Bethany. She welcomed meto the area, and asked about my travel. The moment she offered me my coffee and had me taste it, she stated it would be on themtoday. So humbled by this, I felt an immediate smile on my face. If I could, I would give more then 5 stars.
