I had been pleased up till today when I ordered 2 philly steak sandwiches and ordered online and went to pick up only to see lil... meat on them when getting home so to say the least not happy at all. Website had issues for over an hour. The store didn't answer the phone and once it did pickup it only gave you 2 options! Almost... impossible to talk to a person and once I did she spoke so little English and continuously talked over me to the point I finallyjust hung up. Thought I'd try again a little later got through placed order which came to twice what I normally pay. 90 minuteslater and we still haven't gotten our order! I live 4 minutes away! We had already gone ahead and eaten something else. Food wasovercooked, under seasoned, brownies were 1/8 inch thick, no extra sauce and zero sauce on bread bites! They told me they wouldrefund my money. Ha-ha-ha-ha! What a joke! Plus I had to listen to the employee make excuses about being understaffed. Who isthe owner there?! This is the second time this has happened to me. I'm going down there today and my refund better be in myaccount before I get back home. You've lost a very regular customer. A few weeks ago I ordered their 6.99 special not only was things missing from my order and it was cold and the delivery person... just delivered it with no care or effort. Domino's has really changed and I am not asking for a refund but it was the principleof it. I will never ever order from Domino's. So I am not asking for an apology but to simply comment. Very disappointed last week I called before an hr before closing and they were all ready closed. And I made an order today and... now the pizza not enough toppings and had to re cut it and the Buffalo wings they didn't had enough sauce. Read more
I decided to visit this establishment for a take out option for dinner on this hot 98 day. I got two 3 topping handtoss pizza's... for $21. I did a little wall art on the chalkboard. Pizza's were ready quickly and off I went. Recap: informative & friendlystaff member so I gave a $4 tip. $80.00 for 2 pizzas and bread twists with cheese. Burnt pizza on one of them, the other was mostly crust, the bread twists were... good but the cheese it came with doesn't taste good at all! I always use online ordering and pick up which is quick and easy. Really can't beat the quality of their pizza for the price. ... Always is fresh when I pick up. Sandwiches are also good. Pasta isn't bad but would prefer larger portions. Still need to trythe wings which a friend says are better than the competition. Read more
