I first went there for a little girl's birthday. I don't like the high polished floor with kids running around in socks. My poor... grandson slipped and hit his head on the concrete floor. The climbing area was good and fun to play on. A bit dirty and worn. The food was mid grade but the staff was decent and one gentleman was awesome for helping clean up our grandsons vomit.Hopefully the head trama didn't cause the vomiting. As we were leaving, we noticed a black van pulled in backwards at the frontof the place. Its windows were tinted and it was running with its back doors open. We turned back and told the staff. Theydidn't seem to care or show any concerns. There was an unused door directly behind the van with no alarm on it. Not sure ifwe'll return since it did provide food and fun for the little ones Read more

Fun place to take kids with plenty of comfortable seating for the parents. Healthy and not-so-healthy snack options, too. The... Americano was very good! Plenty of free parking. Clean bathrooms and hand sanitizers everywhere. Nice staff. Decent pricingexcept for the party rooms... Holy moly it's a bit high for most folks! Read more

We rented a private room for my sons 6th birthday and it was great it cost $1 per ballon (optional) we ordered food platters,... the party host was very courteous and kind Gabrian. Even though no one we invited showed up they helped us make an announcementto bring people in the play place to our party and made it fun. They even let us start setting up a few minutes early. The placeis was decently clean can use a dusting. A lot of the foam ball guns weren’t working but all in all great place to bring kids. Read more

A very fun place for the kiddos. Only thing I could say is.. They give you a stamp, so if you need to go out and come back in,... you can just show your stamp. But I noticed, often there is not someone monitoring the area where you need to show the stamp toget in.. There looked like plenty of security cameras though. All in all a enjoyable experience for a day out with the family. They have guest wifi as well. Read more

First time here with friends and family. The playground is fun with many different obstacles. But one thing i found odd. The... employee told our friends and family that we can't bring food or drinks from outside in, unless it was purchase at the cafe.About 15 minutes after we were here. Other privileged individuals were able too. Discrimination at its finest. Read more

I took my kids here for the first time. Taking them in the door was a nightmare ???? there is disabled parking but not a very... accessible entrance if you have a stroller. You would think since lots of people are likely bringing their littles in strollers,a button to press to open the door would be at the entrance. Just a thing I noticed. The entrance fee per child was veryaffordable. Socks only, no shoes. Make sure you packed your own socks ???? There is a toddler area that is smaller and gated. Itwas so cute because there was a cushioned train. The front spot of the toddler area did have a huge spot of sun in that area sono one used the front of the play area. There were little slides they could go down. Squares they could stack. It was adorable. For the older kids or smaller kids with supervision, there was a huge ball area. You could put the balls into the huge machine, watch them float and go back on the floor. You could put them in secret tubes throughout the play area. There were even ballcannons that lightly shot the balls into the huge ball area. My kids were still really young so we didn't go very far and seemore but it was absolutely adorable. The cafe sells food and drinks. You can eat them at a table and then resume playing. Mykids had such a good time. The staff were friendly and kind. They explained where things were at and their shoe policy. We willdefinitely have to go back! Read more

First time here, took my nephew. I recommend it because the adults are able to go in there with them to make sure they are safe.... My one year old nephew isn't tall enough to climb some areas inside. The slide was super fast and he loved it. I wish theshooters worked better so he can shot some balls out. There was a loud motor that scared alot.of kids at the top by the slides, only lasted a little while. I wish there was a little hand cleaning station for their little hands before eating food. My nephewhad a blast and we are both worn out. I found out some days have time limits, I went and it was play all day. So call ahead tomake sure there is no limit on when you have to leave. Super fun! And he loved his lunch! I will be coming here again with moreof my nephews and niece. Read more
