Ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday. We went to go pick it up and the sign on the door said you were closed. We... could see staff inside so we had to bang on the doors until someone came and opened it. You guys were annoyed that we had tobang on the doors and then you were annoyed that you had to go find the cake we ordered a week ago and already paid for. Whenyou finally did find the cake and brought it to us, it looked horrible, like someone didn't put any thought or care into makingit. The sides were all messed up. Staff refused to put my 4 year olds ice cream in a larger cup and was obviously irritated when my 4 year old changed her mind.... Extremely poor customer service. Ice cream was not worth the price. Read more

We ordered a triple pint of the Founders Favorite to take home. The girl making it up was very slow and it didn't look like... she knew what she was doing. After paying, we were handed the container with ice cream smeared on the outside. When we got hometo try it, it was basically the sweet cream ice cream with hardly any of the other inredients that were supposed to be mixed in.Basically, we bought a triple point of vanilla ice cream for $15.99 plus tax. The ice cream from here was amazing! My husband and I went yesterday and they have seasonal flavors in! About a 10 minute wait... because the line was long but that's totally understandable because their ice cream is so good! They were also playing Toby Mac!GREAT clean choice in music. Good ice cream joint. But the portions are crazy large. No cheap either. Fab selection of toppings. Ample parking.

Not really my favorite place to get ice cream since it's a bit too "hearty" for me here, but I haven't personally experienced... any of the problems with employees a lot of people seem to be complaining about. Sure, I've been to places with sweeteremployees, but I've always received efficient service here. I haven't received any wrong orders, and whenever they've been slowit has been due to a lot of people rather than them being incompetent. At this location, I tend to get more weird looks from theother customers than from the actual employees, but after reading some reviews here I'm really not surprised. Read more

It went on September and was our first time. My daughter and I were so excited because after a bad day we just wanted icecream.... We're so disappointed by the terrible terrible attitude by the employees, they were impatient, not welcoming or friendly, therewas nobody else there and they were rushing us, we explained never been there and they didn't seem to care. We didn't try theflavors before ordering. We said thanks and they didn't even say you're welcome! Three cranky females (hence the name of thebusiness).
