Wow the burger was perfect, juicy and saucy. Sweet potato fries are slightly too salty for me but still super good and fresh... (also if you add salt to food they won't be too salty, I never add salt to my food lol so I'm just not used to it). The food wasmore fresh or different than the burgerville on fourth plain. Too bad since I live closer to the other one. Also the girl in thedrive thru was super nice. Can I request the owner or manager get hand sanitizer for customers and you allow employees to usethe keypad to tip if customer doesn't want to press it? Sorry to be a pain! I just like to eat my food with clean hands and if Itouch that keypad, no more clean hands lol. Besides having good food, the best thing about Burgerville is every store is constantly excellent. This one is my go-to because... it's close to work, but it's just as good as any other Burgerville I've gone to. They're all the same. I like that. Read more
Ask for no mustard? Check your burger, there's probably mustard. Pay nearly $3 for an extra patty? Check your burger, you... probably don't have that extra patty. If you prefer to eat your burgers with a little customization, ALWAYS check them whenyou're at this location. Staff here has only gotten my order right 1 of 5 times. Read more
Just recently moved here from Seattle and have never tried Burgerville. I ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches, they both... tasted like fish, I ate them but it was weird and disappointing, I won?t be ordering that again. Marionberry shake wasdelicious! I will try the burgers next time. I believe in second chances but guys don?t fry the chicken in the same oil as thefish? Read more

There are a number of Burgerville locations in the area but I keep going back to this one because the service staff is excellent... and my food is always fresh. I love the freshness of their burgers and the amazing crunch and taste of the fries is justperfect. And the shakes are just too good to miss. I love both the Chocolate Hazelnut Shake and the Cold Brew shake. I've beento other locations where the staff isn't paying attention to your order or online orders are not ready when the app says theywill be but this location has just been excellent at keeping up with the large number of customers waiting in line, onlineorders coming in and long drive thru lines all the same time. Burgerville?s food has always met expectation. Today, we decided to stop by and order a classic burger and fries with a... strawberry shake. We were greeted by the team with all smiles and kindness. The team was so nice, and brought over this coloringbook to our son, and offered him a balloon that he had pointed out, this is a simple act of going above and beyond which made usfeel welcome and at home. Sloppy, messy, disgusting. You're Burgerville... you charge 2x what everywhere else charges. Then have the nerve to say you... provide premium products. You should all be ashamed.
