The person who took our order was wonderful very personable and made it a joy to order through the drive-thru. The food however... was more of a mixed bag. We ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single cheeseburger and my burger was slightly undercooked.Not terrible but just not real good. Read more

The female trainee was extremely rude at the drive thru. We went about 9:35 this evening. The male employee gave us our food and... apologized for the "new trainee's" behavior. I was a bit disappointed with the way we were treated when we ordered our food. TheFrench fries were very hot and tasty but our burgers were very cold when we ate our food in burgerville parking lot. The customer service at this location is great, even with special requests! More expensive than typical fast food, but way... better quality. The Veggie bean burger is a good vegan choice if you leave off the mayo and cheese. They also have vegan Blissshakes. Restaurant-quality halibut fish and chips or halibut sandwich at a lower price.c Read more

I'm fine with a longer wait time from places, but not when they clearly have made your food quite some time ago. I pulled out of... the drive thru to find my sundae completely melted, cold fries, and had to fix my order when I got to the window because theyhad some how tagged on a milkshake I never ordered. Burgerville has always been on the pricier side of fastfood, but anymore thecustomer service is the worst around. Read more
