Never had burgerville before. Got a gift card from a friend. I've been hearing good things about burgerville. Taste and quality... etc. I got the bacon cheeseburger combo. I enjoyed it so much I drove to the other burgerville 3 miles away and got the vampireburger. Which was quickly eaten around the corner from restaurant. Used to love this place. Quality and customer service has gone downhill, while prices keep going up. Person at the drive thru... wasn't very friendly, two of the burgers had missing ingredients, and they didn't give us any napkins. For $30(including tip)this meal was a major letdown. Read more

Have LOVED Burgerville cheeseburgers with extra spread for years! Finally tried the marionberry shake this season and it did not... disappoint...it was delicious! Service was good, employees were friendly, but drive-through wait was long. Read more

$6.07 for a 16 ounce vanilla shake. It wasn't anything spectacular. Kind of blah. What is upsetting is to not only pay $6 for a... lousy shake, but the card reader automatically asks for a tip. That's bullcrap. You work an hourly job. You're not awaiter/waitress. Shame on you Burgerville. Read more
