Sad, sad, sad. Another restaurant trying to cut corners through "shrink-flation" and dropped quality. So tired of getting a... product or service that once was decent and suddenly getting handed garbage like it's the same as before. We get it, prices aregoing up... It effects us all. I wish companies would stop shrinking and cheaping their products so as to not raise prices...Handing us garbage for the same price that you used to give us the good stuff for is not an acceptable solution! Ordered acouple Halibut and Chips baskets. Got three tiny fish stick quality Halibut pieces in each one... Added a cheeseburger basketonto it for my kiddo and got charged $65.00 for everything... Normally everything is fine. Maybe because I normally go through the drive through. This time I went inside because I needed a... jar of burgerville sauce to send my friend back in NY. The people were nice but I waited forever. People came and went while Iwaited. They got my order wrong and the walla walla rings were drenched in grease. This will not stop me from going toburgerville. They still are, without a doubt the most delicious food. My normal order is the bean burger done spicy and isphenomenal. Just as delicious is any of their burgers and chicken. I miss the waffle fries as they're seasonal I believe. I'll just stick to the drive through. I'm giving 5 stars because every other time has been great. Read more
So here's the deal this place is a hit or a miss the last time the family and I went to eat here. The first complaint was we... placed a online order we waited for around 25 mins nothing at all so we went in the restaurant and the woman at the register waslike oh yeah it's right here the food was already cold our drink was nothing but water and was not even filled the whole way.The 2nd time which was today we ordered a small order some chicken strips a chocolate hazelnut shake and colossal burger. Thechicken strip were extremely small maybe 2 inches if that the chocolate hazelnut was made with vanilla and was not even close towhat I ordered and my burger was cold and the cheese that was supposed to be on the burger was pretty much not there. I guess Iunderstand the establishment gets super busy but come one needs improvement big time. Read more
I absolutely love the staff here (the foods good too) but they are very sweet and when I drove off without my fish and chips... they graciously gave me a fresh order when I came back. I refuse to go to any other location solely because I love the peoplewho work here so much. Thank you for making my night! <3 Read more
Took 25 minutes to bring out our food. When the food came out it was all cold/Luke warm at most. Buns on burgers were stale.... Overall worst burgerville experience Iv had. Drive just down the road on mill plain and you?ll be much more satisfied with thefood quality. Read more
My first visit and I was shocked at how the double cheese burgers looked NOTHING like the photos; they look more plain than the... single burger kid?s meal at another burger joint. You pay in advance AND they ask for a tip up front. Wouldn?t you know myorder was completely wrong?.I didn?t realize this until I got home. I spent $29 plus tip for two burgers, two onion rings(great!) one fries and one small shake?Service was pleasant so they got two stars. Read more
Flavor = burgerville always has good quality pickles, tomatoes, bacon, beef, fresh and tasty. Fries = several fries were poor... quality, blackened or discolored somehow. Most were good. Presentation = This is where I took two stars off the overallreview. The burger was absolutely drenched in grease. I expect some grease from a fast food burger, no matter who makes it. But this was so bad I almost tossed the entire thing out. The wrapper had grease on the outside, and the bun was soggy on thelower half from soaking in it. I only got two napkins in the bag, so I had to get additional napkins just to clear up enoughgrease to attempt to eat the burger. I was honestly shocked to see this poor quality, hopefully it's a rare exception. Read more
