Pricing is higher than most fast food but the quality has declined over the years. Also you pay at 1 window they ask for a tip,... drive to 2nd window to collect order. Leave only to find out they missed your entire burger. I ordered the Vampire Slayer. Welive in Hockinson so it's not like it's around the corner to go back. This time the food was on point. Burgerville is usually better than average for hotness and presentation. Some times it can be... sub par but this time there was a bit of a wait but the manager taking orders was happy, excited and clear. The wait wasprobably 10mins in the drive thru. One car left and went inside. When I got my food they read it off and both burgers were inand the special order was documented on the wrapper. The meat was fresh and moist. Tried to order.. super busy drive thru.. went inside. Two employees at the counter.. I get it your busy.. you could have said..... "I'll be right with you" the two times you looked me in the eye.. stood there as the only person in line for 5 minutes. This was a basic burger and fries. The chicken sandwich was good, but the Marionberry lemonade was disgusting it tasted like pie... filling added to sugar water. There was zero lemonade taste. Read more
They said they dropped my fish for my sandwich. I was so happy they took the time to remake it and let me know what happened (No... one wants to admit they messed up on someone?s food). Everyone that I have ever come into contact with at this location has allbeen stellar! I have never had foreign object debris (FOD) in my food here (unlike every other place I?ve eaten in town). Youwon my business now and into the future. I consider all these things when picking a place to eat. Management please reward yourstaff for being a consistently honest and so caring. My experience was wonderful, I am glad they finally opened up their lobby, the inside is spotless and my server, Lindsay, was... absolutely wonderful. I will be coming to this location more often. Only caveat is the amount of pickles on a single hamburgerbut otherwise flawless. Read more
