Never have product. Just went and overheard the women say they were out if beef to the customer ahead of us. Past visits were... always told they don't have the product they need. Would not recommend. Read more

Quick drive thru trip. Reasonably accurate other than the same problem with any fast food restaurant though, it is still a... guessing game if you get the sauce you asked for when ordering or if you get whatever the assemblers favourite is. Read more

My whole reason of going there was to order chicken fries and When I got home which was only five minutes away my chicken fries... tasted like they’ve been out on the counter since yesterday! Trash food. highly don’t recommend! Also horrible costumerservice! Read more

I tried to order ahead because I was in a hurry and I also like the good deals on the app. but it said I needed to update the... app. AGAIN but first I needed to sign into the Burger King app. I couldn't remember the password, so I tried resetting it, theycouldn't confirm who I was and didn't let me update the app. I finally got upset and went to McDonalds down the road. I loveBurger King, they have a much better burger than anyone else, they need to work on leaving the app alone. If it's working...don't mess with it. Read more

This is no way an attack on the workers or even the manager in this establishment but on the chain itself. This place is... constantly understaffed and you should expect to wait at least half an hour for your drive thru order even if it was placedonline. This is simply not acceptable for a fast food chain. The employees are overworked and underpaid. Burger King, you needto do better if you expect to stay in business. Read more

Worst fast food service in a long time. Meal was completely wrong. Was charged for sauce (not extra just to get any at all) and... then my food was so wrong. This franchisee is a joke. Saturday morning aroudn 10:00, I'm on my way out of town and stopped for breakfast. The drive-thru line was long, around the... corner and half way down the parking lot. I decided to go inside to see if I they'd take my order sooner. Line of 2 people infront of me. I waited 5 minutes and the front counter person was still helping the lady in front of the line. I only saw threepeople working in the whole building. None of them were moving with any urgency. I don't know what the problem was, but based onother reviews it seems to be common that the help here is very slow, and they just don't care. I didn't waste any more time bystaying. I hope someone at Corporate will notice and fix the issues. Until I see better reveiws, I won't go back here again, nomatter how much I crave a flame broiled burger. Read more
