I don?t know why I keep going back. Long waits in the drive thru (13 minutes from order to getting food). When I get food it?s... cold. Today I tried again and got the ghost pepper whopper. Here?s the photo. The cheese on the hamburger side was hard as arock and on the bun side it was like a cheese whiz. I just can?t recommend this location. It?s been several trips here (onewhere I waited 17 minutes and just left) of delayed cold (fast) food. Read more

Ordered online, showed up at their dining room at the pickup time and had to wait 20 mins for the food. Looked like we kept... getting bumped for drive thru customers. Next time I will pick up.at drive thru then walk into dining room to eat. Otherwise,super yummy burgers. Eat there regularly (almost always drive thru oickup) and really like the place. The young man who took my order at the drive thru was very polite and made sure my order was... accurate, and the young man at the window was also very polite and double checked with me to make sure my order was correct aswell. For one they are extremely rude, the one obese one just gives dirty looks that I almost had to wipe off myself. They served me a regular whopper when I ordered the impossible whopper. I was sick for several days as I can not eat meat. It... was an honest mistake. When I went back and asked if I can this corrected the manager blamed me saying that I ordered it wrongeven after proofing that I ordered it correctly.
