Their food is delicious! I ordered orange chicken over rice with a rose & vanilla boba tea. I thought about getting only boba... tea, but I was hungry and the food was surprisingly good. Just moved to the area thought I?d stop and try this boba cart. Maybe I just caught the dude on a bad day but customer service... was not his strong suit. I walked up, smiled and said hi and he just stared blankly and annoyed at me. I ordered my drink andstood there. He got it out to me in a timely manner but when he did he held my drink out in an annoyed gesture staring at hisphone and I said thank you and walked away. Now I?m a firm believer in tipping if the service is good. I wasn?t expecting a fullconversation but the experience could have been way nicer. I walked away without tipping today. At least this location vs the one in orchards was wearing a mask but the boba is nothing like it?s supposed to be. No chew and... completely soft. You?d think they know how to do boba with a name bobablastic. Very annoying and a waste of money? way too muchmoney, over $8 Read more

As you can see by the pictures I feel duped. We paid restaurant prices at a food cart which i wasn?t happy with but then when... the food came I was highly disappointed and not happy at all. We also got orange chicken bows and the rice was watery and thechicken was that cheap nasty processed stuff. We also got two drinks which were the highlight. Food went in the trash the drinkswent in our stomachs. Not happy with paying $44 for 2 drinks but now we know. Hopefully this review helps others not throw moneyaway. First time customer but probably not a repeat one. The tea itself was really good, but?. waited 15 min for a boba tea, then... watched it being made in 30 seconds after I asked about the delay. If it ended there with an apology for the delay, this reviewwould have been 4 stars but it didn?t. The man working the cart appeared offended when I chose not to tip (not sure if this hadanything to do with the wait), and appeared annoyed that he had to stop what he was doing and turn down the music so I could askhim how much longer it would be. I get he was the only person working the cart and there could have been a lot of online orderscoming in that I was not aware of or even other issues, but I feel like 15 mins for a boba tea is a bit much, especially when hemade it so quickly after I asked him about the delay. Not sure if this is an employee issue or an owner issue but it was anissue today regardless. I really was excited to see this cart because I love boba tea, but based on my experience, I?m thinkingI probably won?t return. The attitude isn?t worth it. Read more
