Bought two Croissants and they handed them to me cold. Apparently they can't heat up food because they are to small and told me... to go find a microwave. I asked for a refund because I don't know what to do with cold food, they told me no. Worst customerservice ever. Read more
The workers here are super nice, but quite frankly I don't find this place to be as good as other Black Rocks despite the very... convenient location. I've driven by a few times but had to go elsewhere just because the line was ridiculously long. I alsothink that the drinks generally taste a bit more bitter here than at other branches, which isn't to my personal liking. Read more
I love blackrock but this last time I did not have a very good experience. Me and my husband ordered 2 drinks and the order came... out to $10. We ordered iced drinks but asked for ?light ice? and the girl with the long red hair said if she does light ice thenshe can?t fill them all the way. We said alright thinking it was just gonna be a little bit even though at a different locationthe day prior, we also asked for light ice and the guy working did it no problem and still filled it all the way! But anywaysthe girl gives us our drinks and they are literally like 3/4 full. I feel like that was not worth $10 for two empty cups. Read more
2 stars only cause I love black rock coffee but my last visit to this location I asked for extra sweet but yes mentioned it may... need a extra pump of syrup just cause I feel when I order a large they sweeten it as a medium but when I receive d it droveoff believing it would be good, NOPE! Taste like straight coffee with barely any sweetness, so mad but I couldn't go back as Iwas on my way to work.. darn this location.... Read more
The drinks are always made to perfection and they spent the time to double check which pastries were gluten free, which is super... important to do. Honestly, this is the most friendly, upbeat Black Rock I have ever been to. Haylee is always super energeticwhich definitely helps my morning grumpiness! Every time I come To this location, I am ALWAYS unhappy. They?re all rude (except the guy & girl who always work in the... morning). Their coffee never tastes right, and they always give me too much or too little ice in my drinks, so I?m eitherdrinking watered down coffee or not cold enough coffee.
