Decent enough coffee, but very overpriced and doesn't accept tap payments. I didn't pay for my order, and won't be going back.... Any company making $32,000,000 a year in 2022 should know to adopt better payment systems as they come to market. I won't begoing back. Read more
Ordered a drink online today, they sent a text saying it was ready right then. Got down there and it wasn't made yet, the girl... said oh we'll do it right now. Stood there for another 10 minutes then went back up to the counter to see where my drink was.Still wasn't made asked them what the problem was they stood there clueless. Girl came over and copped an attitude asking me toshow my order online like she didn't believe that I ordered it. Told them I was on a break from work and had to get back andthat I didn't have time for this. They finally gave me my drink, I will never go back there again. This was at the salmon creeklocation. Have gone here 3+ days a week for the last 4 years and order the same drink every single time. lately the price has been jumping... all over the place. Anywhere from $2.25 to $3.50 when the drink doesn't change at all. Get a different answer every time for whythe price is different. Seems like there's new people in there almost every other day and no one seems to really know what'sgoing on. Read more
I went this morning 8/23, when I got to the window and payed for my drink they tried to had me the wrong drink, when I declined... the batista turned around and asked the rest of the crew for the drink and they all just stood there and looked clueless. Mydrink wasn't being made by anyone even though there were 5 girls in there. When the lady at the window finally went and made thedrink herself, she didn't put enough flavoring in it so now it doesn't taste the way it should. The coffee is pretty awesome. It's better than some other major chains. The breakfast items have been great as well.
Today's service was a joke. Yes, they were very busy but we waited for 15 minutes only to find out they lost our order entirely.... They quickly made our drinks.. There were no dome lids for whip so she dumped out part of the coffee that I paid dearly for toadd whip under a flat lid! The extra thick mocha chiller was not thick at all and had no chocolate or drizzle in it I havenever complained about a black rock before but today was just bad bad bad customer service???? Read more
