I ordered a decaf white Mocha this morning and whoever made my drink, made the caffeinated version! Due to this error, I got... sick at work. I am NOT to have caffeine! You people need to take it seriously, when someone orders a decaf beverage you MUSTmake sure it's decaf! People have medical conditions and it can cause serious problems. Placed my order, they asked if I wanted to tip and I said to add $1.00. She took it upon heself to tip more than I was providing... and straight up stole money from me! Makes me wonder how many times she has done this and with how many customers??! Keep youreye on your bank account! Can't be trusted coffee tasted burnt and overly sweet. I really enjoyed my blackout mocha, rich and hot! The staff was outgoing in a genuine way. It may be the smallest of Black... Rock?s that I?ve been in but it does have seating. From the outside I wasn?t sure at 1st. It?s located within a shopping centerso there?s free parking. Read more

The drinks are inconsistent. Even ordering the same things or even 2 of the same drink, they will be different. Sometimes the... drink is bad enough that I have to throw it out because it is super watery, too bitter, or on occasion, has a lot of grounds inthe bottom. Even drinks like Fuel can be inconsistent with the amount of syrup in them. These drinks also differ from the BlackRock down on Chkalov. Staff is always super great and have never had bad service here no matter the time or day of the week.Service is super prompt even when there is only 1 person in the stand. Even when it is busy they are very kind and friendly. Read more
