Nice place. The staff was very helpful. There a lots of space to hang out.

I loved this location for a long time. I sent my husband to get my drink. The barista not only didn?t know how to make it but... charged my husband for every little add on. She must have been new. But I?ve ordered the horchata chai for months even though ithas been discontinued. These new baristas need better training. Read more

The workers at this location were very polite and helpful. They were welcoming and attentive. Our coffees were freshly made,... none of that acrid aftertaste you get when the coffee has been sitting too long. The shop and equipment were clean, and allcoffees were made perfectly to our order, even though they were busy at the time with other customers. Everyone else in the shopseemed happy and relaxed as well. I always appreciate a stop at Black Rock, and this location definitely keeps up with thestandards I've come to enjoy. They were outstanding in their customer services gave my daughter a cup of whipped cream totally on the house, and I was not... specific in how I like my ice mocha with extra ice to make it super strong, that they gave me shot on the house! One of the largest inside seating I?ve seen for a black rock. It?s one of my favorite places to go enjoy a cup of coffee, read... my Bible, and meet with friends to talk about psychology. Thankful to have this black rock close by. Read more

Good coffee. They have the same names for different drinks so I got the wrong drink. They should change that. Or at least ask... which one you want. But when I did get the one I wanted it was very good. Had the right amount of coffee, sweetness, andcream. Read more

Love Black Rock - even though I do not drink coffee - they have great hot chocolate. Also a great place to just meet up with... someone and relax. Love the free birthday drink they offer as well. Read more
