The ice cream was ok but the store was filthy. The waffle cone display has chocolate smears and the ice cream cone holder is... all gooey. One poor young girl working all alone. We were shopping at Vancouver mall, had ice cream, shopped and 2 hours laterwe are leaving. Mess is still there, the only difference is now there are 3 guys behind the counter. Ice cream that we got was good but we stopped in at 7pm and we were told no sundaes as they were getting ready to close. I asked... what time they close and she said 8pm. So they stop making sundaes 1 hour before close. It's a new generation for sure. Well,you lost a permanent customer, I'll go elsewhere with the family from now on. Read more

I was in line for over 10 mins and when I got to the front to order it?s about 5:30 pm on a Sunday, the girl said they stop... making milkshakes an hour prior closing which is 6pm. Ok that?s fine but atleast tell the people in line that?s been waiting. Icould?ve gone somewhere else. Read more

We stopped in for a treat yesterday and the place was a mess! The employee was scrolling on her phone in the corner and did not... even greet us. The sundaes we ordered were sloppy and had hardly any ice cream in them...mostly toppings. All...and I do meanALL...of the counters were dirty with dried ice cream, toppings, an empty milk carton and trash! I was appalled the that girlwas not busy cleaning instead of playing on her phone. I special ordered a cake for a child's birthday. They sold me the wrong one and said well it is the same size and will feed just... as many people. When we complained we then got banned and told to go find a cake elsewhere. I would of if I thought I could ofbefore the party, I was on my way. Major disappointed kid. Never again. The ice cream is great. The service not so much. The first time I walked away as the two kids working were sitting on the... counter with their feet up on the freezer. Baskin-Robbins is an easy and reliable place to get ice cream, and it's awesome how they have a location in the center of the... mall. I like stopping by whenever I want a cold treat and I'm in the downstairs area. The service has been pretty nice and fast,and they have all their usual flavors here. Read more
