Charged me to fill up my 16 oz water bottle, what? I bought $20 worth of stuff here and asked if I could fill up my water... bottle. The clerk said nothing. I went and filled up my plastic water bottle he saw me walk in with and as I went to leave hestopped me and said I had to pay for the refill. I?ll never come her again and I?m local to the area. We spent $45.00 on gas and bought some snacks at about 5 am on our way to work, after starting the car I noticed a unusual noise... and decided it would be wise to check it out before getting on i5 to Portland, I inspected the undercarriage and found mymuffler was hanging down. In a effort to be as quick as possible I backed onto a curb on the farthest out of the way corner ofthe building rather then using a scissor jack and proceeded to button up my exhaust. This would have taken less then fiveminutes. The female on shift came out waving her arms around, making a huge scene threatening to call the police and cursing andnot allowing me to explain or even apologise. She practically chased me out of the parking lot screaming she was going to haveus arrested. I called and asked the woman who answered the phone for her name and was hung up on. I called back another 2 timesand got the voicemail. As a paying customer with a car issue as far out of the way as possible, I want a apology from the ladywhos behavior caused my girlfriend to think there might be a physical altercation. I was treated unjustly and feel like a womanthat would become so vexed by a insignificant action by a paying customer in the parking lot of the establishment where she isemployed, should not hold a position where customer service is expected to be practiced. Furthermore I would hope her employerwould reprimand her appropriately if he/she expects or strives for return business. Read more
I was just in the store a few minutes ago and the way I was treated was unacceptable!!!! I got dead guy ale and the shelf price... was $9.99. When I got to the register, it rang up $10.99. She went and verified the price, where more of them were on the shelfand confirmed it said $9.99 but told me the price was for a different beer. Which wasn?t my fault. I know $1 might not soundlike a lot but it is to me!!! I don?t work and have chronic health issues!!! She refused to give me the $1 and made it soundlike it was my fault!!! Then when I asked for a bag, she told me I had to pay for it. Just surprising because I go there a lotand haven?t had to pay for a bag. This was very hurtful!!! Read more
I just went to this location and recieved very rude service. First of all, I witnessed the employee yell at someone who was... apparently ?in and out of the store too many times.? The man said he simply wanted to get another water, but she told him to getout until he left. Then, when I went to check out, my card was declined because I accidentally handed her the wrong card. Shewas very condescending and rude when it was declined and I let her know I?d pay woth another card. She didn?t even say goodbyewhen we left and left an overall bad taste in my mouth. For my first time ever being to an am/pm, I?m very sad to say that I was very displeased. The service I received at this very... location, was poor. I was hawk-eyed throughout the entire store, Upon going to the register I was asked where my ?other drink?had went. To be honest the flavor I had chosen really didn?t taste appealing. Although I?ve had this same flavor elsewhere andhad enjoyed it, something didn?t seem right, so I discarded the entire cup. I would not recommend this place at all. Read more
