Unfortunately this is not my first visit from the rush and cut off conversation in drive through to the cold chicken dry cold... bun ,cold poutine. Called the she answered the phone hello. I thought I called mars. No thank you I do t want free food. I wantbetter customer service and give me quality that Wendys will expect you to.I?m writing this because I don?t want another throwntogether stale bread meal you can do better. Read more

Went to the drive thru this evening. These were the ?large? fries I ordered. Not the first time I?ve had this happen to me at... this location. This is basically a small fries in a large box, and a blatant, shameless rip off. If this only happened once, Imight have chalked it up to an inexperienced employee. This, however, seems like a deliberate policy to screw over the customer,and I urge anyone doing the drive thru at this location to take the time and check your order at the window. Prices for fastfood are already steadily climbing, and on top of that, they?re trying to screw us over. This is absolutely insulting. Read more

Great experience. The guy who helped us at 10:15 this morning was awesome! Brought our chicken nuggets to the car and asked if... we needed anything else. Excellent service for a drive thru Wendy's. Thank you! Read more

I had my worst experience with the Wendy?s. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The patty was dry. It smelled and tasted like... it has been cooked and kept form long time. As in the picture, They put the little left over piece of lettuce in burger. I wasso frustrated when i tasted the burger i came all the way back to them from downtown in order to complaint about the burger.Even the staff was rude. They didn?t even said sorry. April 18th, around 8:40pm. I ordered a bacon deluxe burger with potatoes sour cream shive and chocolate frosty. I got a old dry... baked potato(they forgot the sour cream). Chocolate frosty was full of foam. Burger was super greasy. I used to worked in Wendylong ago and I never seen quality food as low as this time. Please management take proper action in this manner. This Wendy's has been here since my highschool days. It's actual age is probably even older. At some point, this Wendy's has... been updated. It is very nice inside. I ordered a large fries and was given one pretty quickly. The fries were very fresh as Ialmost burnt myself wolving them down. They were so good. Wendy's has great fries and this is no exception. Always happy when astore is able to provide fresh made food, whether due to traffic or good management. Read more

Restaurant condition: Pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. Pictures were after 9pm on a Saturday so should... be well after any dinner rush. The dining area (not pictured) wasn't much better with trays and garbage left on many tables, anda garbage bin overflowing. Service: My wait time was typical of most Wendy's I go to (not fast, but not unreasonable) and I hadan online order so no real interaction with the staff. However, 2 other guests and 2 skip drivers came in while I was waitingfor my order. Guest #1 ordered a large frosty. What she got was partially melted and it was smeared all on the outside of thecup. She showed him the mess and asked for a napkin. He told her there are napkins behind her on the beverage counter suggestingshe could clean it up herself. Guest #2 had ordered some combos. When the cashier brought the drink cups, he put them upsidedown and slid them across the counter...the same counter the previous customer put her cash and change on and based on thecleanliness of the restaurant, likely hasn't been cleaned for quite a while. As for the skip drivers, they were both toldthey'd have to wait at least 10 minutes for their orders. Apparently, they don't have the orders ready at the requested time butrather, he enters the order into the system when they show up. Food: Honestly, the food was as expected. Pretty typical ofwhat I'd get elsewhere and the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. Despite that, what I witnessed there still left a badtaste in my mouth. Read more
