Called to place an order for pickup. When I got there they had no recollection of me ordering. We even confirmed that I called... the right store. They said sorry and would put my order through now. This kind of defeats the purpose of calling and making anorder though, so I left to go somewhere more reliable. Will be avoiding this place in the future. Read more

Horrible service, pizza was old and cold. Don't go on the weekend, bc they will rush your pizza and give it to you cold. Make... sure you check and give it back if it is not hot. And their tipping minimum is 15% and I see NO servers there. The owner shouldpay the employees a living wage, why are we customers subsiding wages for richer owners? Also, they don't give you garlic sauce,hot sauce, parmesan or chili flakes, they hog it and they put it themselves. Never seen that abomination before, I wanna put thesauce and the flakes myself. This has been by far the worst online ordering, customer service and tasting experience I've had with a restaurant. I ordered a... large veggie pizza with mushroom and green peppers. Once I received my order, there was NO CHEESE on it at all. I then proceededto call the store and let them know be mistakes happen. The worker was rude and impolite and aggressive. He showed 0 cooperationand wasn?t willing to help in any way. Over all worst experience never ordering here again. I would definitely not suggest thisplace to anyone else. Read more

Preface: I have eaten drunk pizza here numerous times. Mainly beef & blue cheese. Today I ordered pizza online, and ordered to... this (commercial) location instead of the Cambie location and only found out when I went to pick it up. They talked to theCambie location and I got my pizzas at Cambie even though I'd ordered incorrectly and they had probably already madethem. Excellent customer service, and delish pizza. Read more

This is an absolute Vancouver classic. A dependable slice at any time of day, and a wide range of toppings and styles to choose... from. I haven?t had a single bad slice at any of their locations, and their prices are fair too. Every time I?m in the neighborhood, I get a slice. I love the variety of pizzas served. Consistency in deliciousness and... appearance is a hit or miss when it comes to the delivery of a whole pie. Therefore I prefer ordering a pie in person. Buying aslice is good, especially in the morning and at lunch. Slices are a good size, not small. Like everything else, prices have goneup. Slice is now $3.33 without tax. Two slices and pop are $7.56 without tax. Overall, still a good pizza joint. Read more
