I see this place has a lot of bad reviews, and if I had checked the reviews before visiting Vancouver I probably wouldn't have... eaten here. But I'm so glad I didn't check beforehand, because I absolutely loved the food here! My mom, brother and I all hadthe salmon aburi and it was delicious. The cashier at the front was nice enough to suggest that we try eating it without addingsoy sauce first, and boy was he right - it tasted so good on it's own! Not sure if maybe the service/food wasn't good a fewyears ago as we are from Toronto and were just visiting, but we think it tastes great now. Read more

Since the renovation they are disorganized. The cashier is distracted all the time, she first off set my order to "eat in" when... I specified "take out" then when I get my order, they forgot to put in the meat so I had to go back. They fixed it pretty quickthough and the taste wasn't bad either, seems like most of their warm food was precooked but I hope they start freshly cookingagain soon like before. I'm working near this food court for over 3 years and I've seen not many people ordering soup udon here. Ordered a vege udon (I... don't know why I did this, regreted right after) and the soup color looked not like a regular udon I order at other place. WhenI opened and tasted it, it tasted like smelly miso soup. Even I found "a single corn piece" and "one short yaki udon noodle"that doesn't seem like they don't belong to this food. I don't understand why they are still doing their business for so longtime with awful food quality with over priced. Many exhibitors and visitors at the convention centre visits this food court. Saturday evening I ordered a veggie udon and it tasted and smelled like bad fish.When you are at a food court the standard is... already low, and I was hungry that day. I had to send this "food" back. It was my first time returning food to a food court. When I told them I couldn't eat this and they did nothing. Literally nothing. Silence. The two employees were dumbfounded andno word came out of their mouths. They stared at me like they saw a ghost. I dropped off the garbage and left. I was just asdumbfounded as they were. Why they refused to take the opportunity to correct a situation was beyond me. Sure they made $8.39,in exchange they can have this review. Read more
