I question the food safety standards here, they get so packed and have to move so fast I think some of that slides. The garbage... is really overflowing too. I think they hire underage employees. That said, you are trapped inside Playland and there is notmuch choice, so many go here for food they are familiar with. Read more
Absolutely terrible. We waited for an hour and there was mold on our original cheddar burger. They exchanged the cheddar burger... for a double double which ALSO HAD MOLD. won?t be coming back. Read more
That's the slowest fast food restaurant in the world. Just look at ANY other food chain and implement the same tactics: Separate... cashiers from prepared orders, place everything close to order area, minimize walking. You force slow workers to walk to theopposite side of the cafe to get a bottle of water! Read more

Waited at the order window for 20 minutes with no movement whatsoever. Then once we finally received our food 35 minutes later... it was wrong... missing fries and forgot to remove tomatoes from burger. Also the poutine gravy was put on under the curdsrather than on top AND we had to wait another 12 minutes for forks which ran out. Poutine was cold by the time we were able toeat it. Understaffed. Inexcusable on a not very busy Thursday. Disappointed. Read more
One of the worse White Spots. I love this chain but this location is a gong show. Huge lines, young staff, food done quick and... fast. Usually we get cold food when we are forced to go there because until the PNE starts one if the few places to get food inPlayland. I love White Spot, but dread having to eat at this location.
