Ordered a Triple-triple and after walking back to my office (15 minutes) i discovered no cheese on it at all. Tried calling to... get a credit and only got voicemail. not impressed... Got a call back and offered credit on next visit - add 1 star. Next visitgot a fresh replacement at no charge - add 1 star. Past 5 visits have been spot on - add 1 star - 5 out of 5 stars. Read more

may have lost my waterbottle here and i called to ask if theyd seen it and the person who answered got mad at me and said the... phone was only for urgent calls. maam. you are a burger joint. what kind of urgent calls are you recieving. so i went in personto ask instead and the cashier (who i suspect also answered the phone) immediately brushed me off and seemed to want me gone.thanks triple os Read more

Waited 30 minutes for my order to never get made, and then they blamed me and said I must not have picked it up when they... called, but I was standing less than two feet away the entire time so that seems extremely unlikely. I don?t know if it was thecashier who messed up the number or the person giving the food, but they clearly need to sort out their number system if theyregularly have orders not picked up after people pay. Came here for the $3.49 Original Burgers for today's Triple O Celebration event. Waited for 15 minutes in line just to find out... they didn't allow for customizations because they were too busy. Waste of time for those who have dietarypreferences/restrictions. Read more

I usually never post reviews but here I am. SERVICE HERE IS 0. Ordered the simplest original burger with fries, IT TOOK 20 MINS... to come out ALTHOUGH the food was right there on the counter already done made. The lady in charge of sending out the menu wasso unrespectful and irresponsible. I have asked the woman to check if there was any mistake in the order, she did not evenbother to ask my order number and just told me to wait. Cashiers receive as many orders as possible, but have no ability toserve the orders they received without making the customers wait for such a long time. Their organizing system is messed up andthey don?t know what they?re doing most of the time. I ended up receiving the food that I ordered, but the plate had adifferent number on it. Read more

Didn't take pics but it was only place open in ubc late night I was there to see my mom sing with her choir at the Chan center.... But the tickets were oversold so I didn't get a seat. So was just killing time. I'll upload some pics of the surrounding areaand all the trees and stuff it's at the far end of the campus by the water view point real beautiful scenery.
