Reviews for Tim Hortons in Vancouver, BC
Tim's always has the freshest buns. Their Turkey Club has remained my favorite for years. Dropped into the newest Tim's in our... neighborhood, at North China Creek. They were so kind and patient with an old lady who doesn't hear well. I felt verywelcome. Read more
Worst customer service ever! I ordered online to save time but ended up waiting 15 minutes for 2 ice caps. My food was ready... already but the girl who was in charge of the drinks decided to prioritize people who ordered at the cashier or Uber. Therefore, people who ordered online like me ended up waiting longer. The app showed my order was supposed to be ready at 9:45am but I hadto wait till 10am after I had to yell at the girl who worked at the coffee station to hurry up. She messed up my order too. Minewas a large ice cap and she gave me a medium. This is not the first time they messed up my orders. The store is very unorganizedand employees are not well trained at all. Read more
Worst Management ever. Staff always give their best but never saw a manger or a supervisor supporting their team. I don't know... if the higher management is aware about this or not but whoever is a manger, he/she completely don' t know how to do his/her job. they do not know what a MANAGER means. I feel bad for the staff. Read more
Edit from a year later - June 29, 2022. Still an absolute disaster. Can't get lunch at work because it takes 25-30 minutes and I... have to go back before I get food. They have 2 people working all day long. Mostly I'm tired of the cheapness: sandwich comeswith fillings that don't even nearly fit the bread, not even sauce to help make it look more full. Service is rude, dismissive.Don't go here. I hope they open a Subway. This place is awful - rude service, terrible quality food: this is how much creamcheese you get. I complained once and she plopped a scoop down on a paper and handed it to me while rolling her eyes. I work inthis building and have absolutely no idea how they will survive when my team brings 400 people back next month. Don't go here. Read more
You would have gotten 5 stars except you forgot to toast our bagels when we asked. Love the location of this Tim Hortons . This... is nice and clean and spacious for social distancing. Outside seating as well. We will be back. Read more
New shiny Tim Horton's in an area that would greatly appreciate a fast food joint - office workers to folks living across China... Creek Park. Unfortunately, this place has slow service. This location of Tim's seem to lack enough workers as the staff is seenrunning back to make food and back to the till, especially during the morning rush. Coffee is hot, staff is friendly, washroomis clean but aside from that speed of service is slow. Read more
Great location, pleasant outdoor seating, and decent indoor atmosphere as far as Tim Horton's goes. Only drawback was that they... seemed short staffed, but that's possibly just a sign of the times. A good amount of the baked goods were sold out in themorning, the tables weren't being cleaned often, and the staff seemed really busy trying to keep up with the orders. Edit: I'vevisited a few times since this review, and the service hasn't been very stellar, even for a Tim Horton's. Could be because I'mvisiting after morning hours though. Still convenient location, but I recommend keeping your expectations managed. Read more
Very fast and very friendly staff, I always enjoy ordering my food here and they make it quick but it?s also delicious and... orders are always correct. The prices have gone up like everywhere else, but out of the fast food chains they still beat theprices compared to other chains. I?m basing this on the quality of the food, and the friendliness of the staff. One suggestionI have would be to install a pedestrian cross walk from the park to the tim hortons. It?s a long walk to the nearest light ifyou?re at the park and want to cross to Tim?s, and one day someone might get hit crossing the street because it happens on adaily basis since it?s right across the street from the park. So a small pedestrian crosswalk would solve this problem and wouldhelp customers reach the tims safely. Read more
