It?s shocking to me how rude staff are here. I?m watching six staff ignore a line up of customers while they laugh and talk to... each other. Maybe every few minutes they will stop talking and put something in a bag (and then just leave the bag on thecounter instead of handing it to them customer waiting) and then continue with chatting. Getting paid to socialize and do thebare minimum of work, must be nice. Staff are so distracted with socializing, the three people ahead of me all had their orderswrong. Read more
I went to this Tim to grab a coffee and the girls working inside started screaming by saying centre is coming guys be careful I... think centre means there was a white lady in Tim uniform that came for inspection I believe. The Indian girl working at this Timstarted screaming loudly to give heads up to other team about the centre lady outside ? Usually I like going to this place but since they hired some new employees?smh they are so unsanitary I?m telling you there... phones on the board where they make your sandwiches, while making your sandwiches not even attempting to move that disgustingphone. Having to tell them to change there gloves over and over after he mid went from making my sandwich to trying to take anorder. Has an attitude problem. Coughed on my sandwich purposely like I didn?t see.. acts like he has no brain.. whoever that isstaff needs to be fired. And never have another like him. Read more
I always try to give each place I choose to spend my money at a fair shake. As of today I have been to this TIMS 3 times now &... each time I ordered the same 2 muffins. The food was outstanding all 3 times, but, the food is not the issue here !!!! I watchedthe staff on all 3 times serve customers with a smile, until it was my turn. The counter staff all but ignored me until I askedfor help. Anyway it is a bad neighborhood and I can only assume that because I have long hair I was treated like an unwantedcustomer. I don?t get the hype. The latte was gross, breakfast sandwich was cold on the inside, and the hash brown tasted like old... potatoes. Not to mention something made me feel nauseous as I was walking around town. Never again! Read more
As I walked in the environmental energy was quite pleasent. I truly do appreciate the amount of sufficient service that this... business provides to customers.
