worst customer service, I asked for farmer?s homestyle biscuit and they gave me a sausage and egg, and then the person was... giving me attitude and saying i ordered the wrong one. Super slow, rude and unapproachable service by extremely clueless staff. Somehow my cold brew was warm and gross. Choose to... visit this location at your own risk. They do have almond milk. Tim's also need to begin accepting reusable thermos to stop theuse of single-use plastics. Read more
Same complaints as other people. I?m not sure what?s going on with this Tim Hortons, so many staff but no one seems to know... what?s going on. People are waiting 20+ minutes for their orders. Tried ordering ahead on the app and I was still waiting forlike 15 minutes while asking for my order, just being ignored by every staff. I was sure I could see my iced capp sitting on topof the hot food warmer. So I got in the long line up because everyone else was ignoring me. Dude handed me my food and mycompletely melted iced Capp and just walked away. Who ever is responsible for managing this location and training your staff isdoing a very poor job. Read more

My work is 2mints away from this Tim Hortons, so i always order online. Today, when i went there and asked for my order then the... girl gave me my ice cap. I ask her that i?ve also asked for whipped cream. Then she turned around with anger on her face andgave me this ???????????? don't do mobile order in this location, the workers can't properly handle it. Ordered ahead, waited for over 5 mins at the... location near pickup, no one even approached me. Eventually, I just left. There is no ability to get a refund with the app so Ihad to stop by at the same location later that day in order to get it. Read more
Food was good as usual, even though chicken Habanero wasn't as spicy as Habanero is meant to be. Also, cashier was friendly but... he failed to charge 2nd item of my order, maybe he got shy cause I'm hot, who knows? but didnt forget 3rd item??? and yea Iwaited longer than I'd like to admit before I noticed and they were confused, then sorry.
