Communication is clearly an issue at this location. Lady behind the counter is just arrogant. Made me purchase things I did not... require then tells me it?s not her fault. Not too fond of this location although I'm a fan of Tim Hortons in general. To start off, it was dimly lit and not too clean in... general. The service wasn't too good too, I couldn't hear the lady over the counter and she got really angry when I asked her,very politely, to repeat herself. Other than that, the quality of food is on par with what you would expect at a Tim Hortons. Read more
I visited in the evening to buy an iced coffee. The customer service was very arrogant and pompous. There was no line behind me... and it was not crowded at all, so when I tried to pay with cash, they gave me a very nasty look and rushed me. The worstcustomer service I have ever had. She was a young Asian female staff member. This is the worst customer service I have everreceived. I wonder how staff who can't say hello or thank you can work in a fast food restaurant. Restaurant was not clean even it was not busy. One girl was sitting on the counter freely. Wrappers here and there and tables... were not clean and aligned. Music was too high girl who was helping me was kind of shouting at me as i had to repeat everythingto her like 3 times and she was kind of rude like she was not ready or interested to take order. Tim Horton always makes me happy????. Very reasonably priced coffee and donuts. A medium sized coffee and a doughnut costs... around $4????. If you have time, go to Tim Horton's! The staff will give you a warm welcome????. Read more
Ok asked for a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich on a everything bagel toasted.... no sausage and well um barely nothing. Such... a waste. I wasn't going to go there, but it was open so I said to myself " how bad could it be".... see picture lol. Neveragain. Read more
Staff don?t speak good enough English. I had to repeat myself on numerous occasion. Staff don?t like to listen here. It?s... frustrating and it?s upsetting because it?s not difficult job to do. I?ve done a job like this in London, UK. Read more
