Communication is clearly an issue at this location. Lady behind the counter is just arrogant. Made me purchase things I did not... require then tells me it?s not her fault. Not too fond of this location although I'm a fan of Tim Hortons in general. To start off, it was dimly lit and not too clean in... general. The service wasn't too good too, I couldn't hear the lady over the counter and she got really angry when I asked her,very politely, to repeat herself. I visited in the evening to buy an iced coffee. The customer service was very arrogant and pompous. There was no line behind me... and it was not crowded at all, so when I tried to pay with cash, they gave me a very nasty look and rushed me. The worstcustomer service I have ever had. She was a young Asian female staff member. This is the worst customer service I have everreceived. I wonder how staff who can't say hello or thank you can work in a fast food restaurant.
