Supervisor working on 24 Nov thursday evening time was so rude.. We asked for sleeves at she just didn't bother and showed us... very bad attitude. Me and my friend felt so bad after she behaved with us like that. We pay for coffee its not something theyoffer us free of cost. customers need to be treated nicely.I also worked as customer service representative and know very wellhow to greet everyone nice whatever going inside and around. They gave us coffees with too much sugar even though we asked fordouble double.Moreover, they charge for cups separately so don't forget to carry your own when visiting this store. Read more
Awful service. Ordered our breakfast and 2 cups of coffee and waited for them to call my number. When they called, I only got... the food, not the coffee. So I decided to wait longer. The girl who took my order then came to the pick-up area THREE times withcups of coffee, without calling any number. I asked if those are mine, but she rudely said they are not. Eventually I asked heragain where are my coffee, she then looked at my receipt and gave me my coffee, saying she called but ?no one answered?. Mebeing there the whole time waiting and didn?t hear a single thing, I asked if she called my number for the coffee. And guesswhat, she didn?t even bother to answer. Read more
The worst place ever! The staff aren't friendly and I can't believe how bad they react to my oder inquiries. I have been... ordering online at least once in a week for a couple of weeks now. Horrible service. Seemed like the workers refused to serve an order they didn't want to deal with, which I really didnt... appreciate. I got what they wanted, not what I wanted. Tried to order a Habanro chicken bowl, the worker took a big breath, asif saying "Why on earth is she ordering that", then after speaking to her coworker for 5 minutes in a different language, (hindimaybe) she told me her manager didn't tell them about loaded bowls yet. Right after, I found out that my friend who orderedafter me got the loaded bowl they told me the "manager didn't train them about". I got trolled in a similar matter twice more,in the same order: they said they don't add grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken in the bowl, and that the only drink thatcomes with a meal is only coffee. 1 star only because my order tasted good. Ordered a French vanilla cold brew with extra extra sugar, and no ice, when i was ordering and trying to correct what was on the... screen it seemed like i was bothering her. First time i got my drink it had no milk. The milk was corrected but then realized itdidn't have sugar as well. Went back to get it corrected again. That was a fight and they laughed about how I was complainingthat order is wrong again, before arguing that the flavour was the sweetener. Finally they remake it with milk, but still nosugar, now no flavour, and there is ice in it. Slow and poor service Read more
Was visiting Canada Place and went in for a coffee and donut. The coffee was very weak and milky with very little taste. I... guess I should have asked for another shot. I ordered a plain donut and it tasted a bit stale. I visited about 4pm and maybeit has been sitting there for too long. The location is great and the staff were very friendly. Maybe I might try visitingearlier in the morning. Read more
It wouldn't be Sunday without some timbits. Love me some Timmies donuts for hockey night!! Great location and upkeep, a comfy... and cozy coffee house. It also has a good COVID friendly approach. Staff are friendly and helpful. This location has a goodrange of fresh looking grub, mostly all super tasty. Read more
The servers were good. Just a long line of and they charged 35 cents for an extra cup. I had bad tasting mocha (milk gone bad... or burnt coffee not sure which) and they replace it but ended up being the same. Not there fault just bad luck Read more
