I have ordered several times there, I usually have no problems? But today in the afternoon I bought one large ice Capp, two... chocolate dips and one Bouston cream. The ice Capp was okay, but the donuts were very dry and hard, VERY unfresh (I have boughtdonuts before and eat it the next day, but it has never tasted like that). First time been there, but it never happened in any other locations. We ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwich and 2 drinks. Been... waited for so long when not busy at all. First one was burned, so they made another set and then....does it look like a"grilled" cheese sandwich. It's more like just a sandwich with a slice of cheese and a packed lunch for the kindergarten kidlol. Don't blame Covid.... Read more
The first one is the new Tim beibs cold brew French vanilla at the Main Street????.It tasted like water. I had it from another... tim Hortons and I?m sure it doesn?t look like this. The staff seemed so confused and they had our order wrong. They seemed to begiving wrong orders to multiple customers. Bad experience. I had to go to Fraser street location to get my second cup. Absolute waste of money. I have ordered the new briber brew and got an absolutely watered down drink. Don?t even what this is.... First picture is from this place, second picture the same drink from time on commercial drive. Earth and sky difference inpresentation and taste. The place looks spotless but the food and drink tastes real bad. Looks like they probably threw theingredients together in a rush. Read more

A few tweaks and this could easily be a great location. The employees are hard working and doing the best they can. However, we... used the kiosks to place a mobile order for food and drinks. The drinks were ready quickly. It was the bagel with cream cheesethat I waited over 20 minutes for. I inquired 15 minutes in and was told they were working on it. At 22 minutes the employeeunwraps an order with a different name that had been sitting there the whole time and it was ours. There was no apology or offerto remake a fresh one. Donuts are nothing special but they have gone down in quality. Bathroom was OK, but there was NO SOAP.There are 2 spots in the pay lot next door for patrons for 15 minutes, otherwise it's $5 for 2 hours.
