Incident date - nov 27 (Around) time - 6:30 I went to get coffee and donut and the guy wearing glasses was so aggressive and... rude to me. I asked for freshly brewed coffee and he still gave me old stale coffee, I confronted him for another coffee but hekept on saying its fresh and didn?t give me fresh coffee: I could see on the coffee machine it was red light. I have picturefor reference . I am wondering was the training given to him wrong or he is actually that arrogant and hopes to stop business inthis location. Manager should be concerned! Read more

I went to this Tim Hortons to get a soup and sandwich combo as they have it advertised on the screen but the employee kept... telling me it?s only soup or sandwich. The price says $11.95 for both soup and sandwich, and it clearly states on another screensoup is a side. Horrible service not even looking at the screen when I?m showing them and not fully trained. I was returning f4om the library to go back to Burnaby. Felt my sugar level low. And wanted to have a soup. Very good and... courteous staff. But some customers were rude to them . ???? please put up a notice to treat them well. They are respectablehuman too. Not slaves at anyone's beck and call. Slavery is over. Read more

For a newer Tim Hortons seems nice looking. At 11pm on a Saturday . There was only 1 employee working. The women washroom was... messy and there was no toilet paper. Garbage on the floor. We had to yell for an employee as there was no one visible at thecounter or in the front area. Read more

I?d like to leave a review in order to help Tim Horton to raise its standards and serve customers better. I?ve noticed the... workers don?t use gloves and touching the cups with their fingers touching inside and the counter is really dirty. A greatcoffee shop before thinking about quantity of their customers should think of quality of their service. I?d appreciate if asupervisor frequently oversee the workers at Tim Horton and provide guidance to avoid dissatisfactions. Read more

The staff here are the friendliest people you could meet. The restaurant is clean and had lots of seating options. They also... have the panels where you can order and pay without going to the counter but I would recommend that you engage with the staffhere as they will lift your mood. Well done guys. Read more

I go there often. But today between 5:00pm to 5:15pm. I ordered 10 pack timbits. I opened the box when I reached home and there... were only 8 of them. I am sad. Very very sad. Why Timmies, WHY???????????????? Edit: today is April 27. I think their serviceis now improved. They have become faster with serving orders. A few days ago, i noticed they gave me 2 extra tim bits. ????????.I think they should be careful while counting. I am increasing the rating from 1 star to 3. Read more

Ok I read the reviews before I went and expected bad but it was even worse than I thought. I mobile ordered 20 mins early... thinking I?d have to wait 5-10 mins at most. No, I waited another 20 mins just for a southwest chicken wrap with slow cookedchicken. A worker even asked to check what my order was before finally handing me the wrap but there went my lunch break. So Ijust got back to the office to eat and see they gave me crispy chicken instead?how? They had like 6-7 staff and were serving instore orders within minutes by the way, so maybe skip the mobile order if you ever need to drop by here. I most likely won?t beback unless I am desperate.
