Stopped in for a very early coffee and breakfast three weeks ago, and when I got home the breakfast BELT was horrible. Looked... nothing like the photograph in the store, and I can?t understand why someone would serve that to another person. I tried again 2days ago on Sunday and had my last Tim Hortons coffee ever. Ordered an extra large dark roast in my own metal thermos, andwatched as the staff member poured the brewed coffee into a gross, stained, plastic container to measure, and spill all over mycontainer and the counter. The coffee was burnt and terrible, and I ended up dumping it outside in the gutter when I left aftera few sips. The best however was the stash of empty beer cans at the table next to me; at about 9:10 am on a Sunday. I wasinside for about 25 minutes and no one came to deal with that mess, or the rest of the dirty, crumby, tables, chairs or floor.What a disaster this place is. Read more
Worse Tim Hortons, staff is so slow. I waited 5 mins to have my order taken, then the manager came out because the staff member... entered it wrong. Manager said she doesn't understand, shouldn't you have staff working that know what they are doing. Read more

Overall a great location , and plenty of tables to find a seating. Quick service. Coffee is rarely fresh and tables are... sometimes dirty. Can become very busy and crowded as it's tourist area. Read more
Good location near the city beach and Stanley Park. Washrooms were clean. As for the food, well it is Tim Hortons, quality is... good considering the prices. When visited it was not too crowded and a table could easily be found. Read more

It?s Tim Hortons. The coffee is below average and the donuts are average. Chain donut shop that is relatively inexpensive and... service is quick. This location had minimal seating and parking outside. Located in the middle of denman street about 5 minuteswalk from English bay. If you want decent coffee in the area go to Delanys instead. Really nice staff. Visited during the early morning on Saturday. The staff were friendly and provided prompt service. Picked up... some coffee and breakfast sandwiches for my husband and myself. Food was hot and fresh. Thanks. Read more
