Tim hortons has a horrible reputation with me and I dont know why I keep supporting them. Never buy from this store for ubereats... delivery. All 3 times I've ordered from this store the quality is terrible as well as a missing item every single time! Bostoncream donut is sour? and zero icing because its stuck to the bag, ice cap is bitter...Im assuming isn't mixed properly, missingthe pack of tidbits ordered, and no straw for ice capp. I want to support Tim hortons but it's honestly horrible every time. Ive gone here every weekend for breakfast for the past 2 months, I order the same thing everytime and everytime I receive... something entirely different (to the point that theyre giving me items that arent even on the menu). Last time my wrap had aclump of someones burnt hair cooked into it... not gonna mention how I found it. Very inconsistent and borderline incompetentemployees. Store was designed to serve the gentrification above it but all of mountain view comes here so its incredibly busyat most times. We all know timmies degraded significantly since BK bought them but this is a whole different ball game. Read more
This store felt like it lacked staff due to how dirty the location was. I tried to use the washroom but when I entered, tissue... paper and napkins were scattered everywhere. If not for the quick staff service and really good tasting ice caps, I would'vegiven it a 1 star. They closed down the mobile pickup i don’t know for what reason, this is a busy location with schools and business near by,... its makes it easy for both customers and workers when mobile pick up is available. I hope you take this seriously and bring backthe mobile pickup. I did a mobile order on this location and delivery man was there but they denied they to him that they didn't receive or have... any order. Driver called me this took while hewasted his energy and time as the employees was nit attentive enough. Secondly iordered medium teas , they give us small( cup was medium size but the quantity was very less. They should work on it.even lidwas broken. Thanks Read more
Street parking. Dinghy premises. Poorly lit, musty. Doors propped open with chairs. Poor selection. Washrooms out of service.... Bit of a dump. Typical Horton donuts. Better outlets abound, as do donuts. Read more
Quick service, good staff and when I went in the morning they dud not have a anyone. But I recommend not to go when the school... leaving hours because it becomes very busy and cried at that time. There is indoor dining and it is better. Read more
Filthy tables. Toilets look like they were last cleaned in October. Special drink on offer is a gingerbread oat latte, but wait-... they've got no oat milk. Pretty rank. Read more
