Don't recommend at all! I just wanted a simple order but they made it so complicated, then they gave my order to someone else... and then made a mistake on my order. What more can I say, IT'S TIM HORTONS! I wasn't fortunate enough to have been born in Canada however I've legally lived here... since 2007, therefore I consider myself Canadian by choice. That being said, I find it exceedingly comforting to find that fromone T.H.'s to another there's very little variation/deviation in the quality of the food and pastries, especially in thecoffee. To know that I'll get a good cup of coffee served hot and most often with a smile is the main reason I rarely hesitatevisiting an unfamiliar T.H.'s, even in a city other than Vancouver and or province other than BC. Quality foods, pleasantatmosphere and service persons, I feel you just can't lose when you chose to visit a TIM HORTONS to quench your dietaryrequirements. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS TIM HORTONS!!!!!! I only give it one star because I can?t give zero. I came to this Tim... Hortons every day for lunch for over a month and they still seem to be the worst Tim Hortons around. I?d rather walk to boundaryTim Hortons and spend all day doing it.. the employees are awful and don?t know what they?re doing, the customer service is theworst I?ve ever had, and they?ve messed up my order 3 days in a row now? if I were you I would stay away from this poor excusefor a restaurant. Absolutely worst Tim Hortons experience ever. Ordered through UberEats, wrong donuts, wrong muffin, and arrived all messed up... because they shoved 4 donuts, 4 muffins into a small bag made to carry 2 muffins. We called to let them know that the order wasmessed up and they replied that they ran out. If you run out, you cancel or call to notify the person. You don't fulfill 85% ofthe order incorrectly. Honestly, the service is bad, I often go to buy coffee and food because I work in the area, but last night was just... awful. Customer service does not exist, I had to wait 30 minutes for two wraps because they cleaned all the screens and forgotto prepare my order (I was the last customer to order food, after me it was only coffee, I realized they forgot my order becausethey were cleaning) and it's not acceptable try to compensate the mistake with the smallest donut they could find, in additionto the fact that the staff is not enough for the amount of people who visit that location, I am very disappointed. I've actually never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. I could not believe (still can't) believe how rude the... cashier was to me, after they misheard/misunderstood my order, made it wrong, and argued with me at length about what i orderedinstead of acknowledging the misunderstanding and just fixing it. it was unbelievable. i live in the neighbourhood but there'sno way i can go back to this location after such a horrendous experience. like i get not having a super enthusiastic attitude atwork all the time, but to be downright rude and disrespectful to a polite customer is just baffling.
