Forgot my wedges and donut and forgot to even put bacon in my coworkers turkey bacon sandwich, ive been in there many times and... workers are always talking to each other and arguing with customers instead of just making food while theres a huge lineup,absolutely do not get food here. Read more

Poor customer service at the Tim Hortons location at 3502 East Hastings Street. This was my first time I ordered a Biebs... Vanilla Cold Brew. I was amazed at how much ice was inside the cup and asked the gal (employee) if she could remove some icecubes. Her reply was, you should have asked for less ice at the time of ordering; it was strange because I asked in a kindmanner and was given quite a terse response. I told her that have you heard that the customer is always right? Her response was,no, you're not right! I told the employee that an acquaintance of mine owns two Tim Horton's locations, she told me to go thereinstead. The location manager apologized at her employees rude behaviour and told me that she would personally make me a newCold Brew... I told the manager that her employees action and negative response casts poor service towards a customer; themanager apologized again. Other patrons were talking to me about the service and negative comments I received from thisemployee and said, they were shocked with this type of behaviour. Two things I would have done today: 1. If I were the managerat this Tim Horton's location (3502 East Hastings Street), I would have asked my employee to apologize to the customer for theirrude behaviour and then go take a break. 2. If I had been the owner and overheard or saw my employee make negative snideremarks towards a customer, I would have fired them on the spot. Anyhow, I'm done with ordering beverage and/or food items fromthis location of Tim Hortons at 3502 East Hastings Street. I'll take my living wage and go shop elsewhere, I'll let friends andacquaintances know of the customer service at this location and the awkward service I was showered with today. Thanks fornothing... I never write reviews but I feel like I?m in the twilight zone. I had to go back in multiple times because they kept putting a... tea bag in my coffee and nothing in my tea??.still got it wrong so I dumped it. Freezing cold hash brown and the wrong sandwich. Read more

I always come to this branch to get my daily breakfast French Vanilla coffee and one day I meet new staff name Catherine and... she?s really friendly and even though she?s new I can see from her that she knows well what she?s doing like pro and this branchis so lucky to have her because I can see that lovely girl that she can be you future best asset because the way she doing andthe way she work as counter person she?s doing what ever it takes to uplift the sales by pre suggestive selling or selling likefrom small drink she suggested politely to the guest and offer if they like it to make medium or large and offering side donutsor any sandwiches over all she knows how it works what?s customer service means by delivering 100% total guest satisfaction .For all as a team they all doing their great job as a teamwork they support and help each other to deliver hot, fresh drinks andfood at all time with friendly, fast and accurate service so overall I highly recommend this branch to everyone to visit and tryall their food and great customer service ? keep up the good work guys Read more

Always super slow. There's so many of them in there. It's like they mind there business and act like they are busy cleaning. I... know when I worked at Tim hortons.
