I wonder what the qualifications are for this place to get a job here???? Must be NOT being able to understand English. Where do... they find these people??? I always thought this was a place to get coffee and doughnuts but you'll be hard pressed to find morethan 3 or 4 different kinds of doughnuts at any give time. Also this place is not ???? too clean either from what I saw. Irecommend NOT to go there. Read more

I ordered a cafe mocha with whipped cream on top, because of the hurry I picked up my drink and left . There was no whipped... cream. It was just black coffe at least take the order right. Read more
Ordered 2 iced coffee and it took more than 10 MINUTES (!!!) before I came to the girl behind the counter and asked for my... drink. The other girl who supposed to make it, the whole time I was there she just standing at the cashier taking orders (whilethe other girl making sandwiches) and pay absolutely no attention to the mobile ordering. Ordered 3 Boston creams all put in individual bags not by my request and the bags were crumbled when handed to me all 3 donuts... ended up in the garbage the icing stuck on the bag when tried pulling it off the donut would start tearing. Read more
It's a Tim Hortons so it's not good but it's also not terrible. Don't know why people are complaining about the food - you... basically get what you pay for. Cheap fast food with some consistency between chains. Convenient location as its right underthe train and directly across from the bus loop. Food can be hit or miss sometimes it's hot and other times it's lukewarm.There's rush hour in the morning from 7 to 9AM when people are heading to work and another lunch time rush from 12 to 2PM. Atthese times you can get a bit of a line up. Staff seem like they're trying their best but you can't expect too much from parttime high school kids. Overall okay. Read more
Tim Hortons was used to be my favorite place for grab-and-go breakfasts. But what happened to this location at Marine Gateway?... The staff here are incompetent and unprofessional. My coffee order was messed up. And the sandwich was completely burnt on thesurface (not the edges)! I'm very disappointed because this is not the first time they have missed my order. I don't recommendthis restaurant, or at least this location! Read more
