The manager here has only 1 person scheduled for a BUSY Saturday night. Idk if it that was their own decision or the company but... that is atrocious. The poor girl has to deal with everything on her own and as customers, we have to wait an insane amount oftime. Read more
While I appreciate being able to get food at 7 AM on a Saturday, the quality was really, REALLY bad. My hashbrown was dry; the... egg in my wrap was both greasy, fried sunny side up, and overcooked; and the cream on top was that the cream in my hazelnut coldbrew was curdled. I come to this location almost every single day. Everyone is so nice except i think supervisor Simmy, she is rude. I have... experienced this myself and have seen happening this to others. I think she need to learn customer service skills. Read more
Lots of people come through these doors late at night including home less loads of taxi drivers and other night owls like myself... passing through staff a friendly enough I'm sure they can have tough shifts at this location. Never seems to be many doughnutsin stock though they make the sandwiches pretty quickly. It's a good place to stop on the way to the transcends highway. Read more

I would rate the staff and service level 5/5 my only 1 star short of 5 overall is due to the location not being in the best area... and lacking a drive through which would definitely increase the likelihood of stopping by more often. The worst part of thislocation is not necessarily the staffs fault but the homeless and substance abusers outside the store always and often inside. Isee all these terrible 1 star reviews on this location mentioning the washrooms being out of order and tables dirty, this isn?tthe staffs fault when they get druggies ODing (I?ve seen police called on site at several visits over the years only stopping by(I never dine in). For what it?s worth the selection is always good, speed of service is quick and the staff are friendly. Wishthey had more support to clean the neighbourhood up from the city and police. Read more
It?s 1:30 AM on November 6 2022. The guy who is working here right now is very impolite and disrespectful. He treated me very... bad. He made the food improperly. The food was awful. It?s first time that I see like this disrespectful person working at TimHortons. Hiring like those people absolutely destroy your reputation.
