Can’t lean on the car can’t lean on the bull ring, security guy walking around like police officer scolding ppl about it!... Such a tense atmosphere, even Service Canada is less strict. They don’t accept cash, they don’t have any cocktails onlybeer, the entrance fee was 20 dollars… Read more

Atmosphere was fun for a group of friends! Buckets were a fair price ($23 for a triple highball) and the bull was great (free... rides, but you have to sign a waiver). Bathrooms werent clean and it was country music all night which is not my thing but I’msure a lot of people enjoy that Read more

Good country side vibes. Cool songs collection ( you will definitely want to tap your feet on the dance floor). Can get crowded... on weekends, but hey that's what pubs are for right? Get your friends here on a Saturday night and you won't regret Read more

Could be great, but they need an overhaul. Website says to email for reservations, emailed for weeks, no response. This page... shows tons of food and menus, but they don't serve food anymore and you can't even bring your own food. Big problem whenplanning a dinner party. Update this page! They don't have much selection for beers, and don't even serve wine. They advertiseline dancing at 7, doesn't start until 8 Staff are incredibly rude. With new management it could be a fun place. A great place to spend a Friday or Saturday night either alone or with a group of friends. Great menu choices even better food.... The place gets busy later in the night. Gena YOUNGER crowd, but a a great mix of 90s country all the way fo today's countryhits. The mechanical bull is a favourite Read more

Extremely aggressive bartender spent 2-3 minutes aggressively yelling at a young woman at the bar. He was yelling at her because... she made a comment to another girl that cut in line and was served immediately. It was a non-confrontational comment - nothingwithin that interaction could merit such an insane tirade from someone (let alone a staff member). The young woman he wasyelling at was clearly very uncomfortable. Highlights from his lecture included comments such as “I don’t give a s*** aboutlineups” and “now you’ll wait even longer for a drink” It was incredibly off-putting and a borderline liability. Thisguy needs a lesson in anger management, and needs to be let go. Read more

First Bar/Club in Vancouver I am giving 5-stars. Firstly, yes the cover of 20$ is slightly expensive after 9pm but also in line... with other clubs and definitely understandable. The bouncers were strict but super nice and welcoming. Went there with abirthday party and a friend from Europe had a drink in the lineup - instead of getting mad he just nicely asked him for thedrink and explained that that’s not allowed in Vancouver clubs. The club was packed and played great country songs all night. We danced for hours on end ! And the bull riding was also super fun (even though they should try to be more consistent withtheir difficulty levels). The drinks are a bit more expensive than in some other places, but nothing crazy. Overall, my gfsbirthday party was a huge success and We will definitely come back soon. Read more

I love the barbecue food at The Yale Saloon! My absolute favourite is Vancouver's Best Beef Brisket, it is so tender and juicy.... It is my go-to order every time, as well as St. Louis Style Ribs with Texas Dry Rub, smokey and fall-off-the-bone goodness. Rotisserie Chicken Legs and House Smoked Farmcrest Chicken Wings are also excellent add-on items. For sides, I recommend Mac NCheese and Onion Rings. If you dine at their dog-friendly patio, the Mac N Cheese comes in a little cast iron pan, keeping ithot and gooey. Onion Rings are beer battered, thin and crispy, just the way I like it! Rodeo Fries are not ideal for takeoutas the fries would become soggy from the gravy and chopped tomatoes. House Salad is quite refreshing and tasty with dried fruitand lemon-herb vinaigrette. For drinks, American Vintage Hard Iced Tea and Okanagan Crisp Apple Cider both go great with thebarbecue food. Read more
