Service was extremely slow as they were understaffed. The food was expensive for low quality breakfast. The pancakes are small... as your palm and seem as if they are microwaved and yet still rock hard OK the top but soggy on the bottom. The bacon tastes andwas the same thickness and quality as ready crisp microwave bacon from the grocery store, toast was stale as ever and very smallpieces. I would 100% recommend going somewhere else if you are looking for breakfast in Vancouver. This restaurant does not meetthe standards for this busy, high end city. Read more

I agree with one of the previous posts in regards to how the breakfast was. Same issue with the sausage it was HORRID ???? I... took one bite and let the server know. Basic breakfast would be no problem it would be satisfactory, but the price is too steepfor that at $21. Server was friendly had no problem with that but food was sub par for the price and no elegance to it. Bacon, eggs and sausage slapped on a plate. Basic run of the mill everything . Read more

Don't waste your time or money here. Extremely over priced for the basic plate of breakfast. $18 for 2 eggs, potatoes and choice... of meat. No fruit, nothing special. You'd be better off driving across the city to a Denny's in traffic with the price of gas at$2/lt then eating here. Oh and the sausages were not even cooked. Seriously no thanks. Read more

Ate breakfast here, and the server was sweet but the breakfast was awful! How do you screw up toast? By dipping it in what they... call “liquid butter”, it was so greasy. Everything on my plate was greasy, not real butter yummy greasy but oily greasy. There are so many amazing places to eat in Vancouver, don’t waste a meal at this place. Read more

Located in the Best Western Hotel off Granville. They have one of the largest breakfast menus in the area. There is ample... amounts of seating and it's incredibly comfortable compared to anywhere else in the area. It does not feel like it's attached toa hotel. They have waffles, pancakes, free charge toast, oatmeal, etc. It's reasonably priced for Vancouver. They have greatservice. Large open booths. Very clean. Overall a great spot for breakfast, I can't speak of lunch/dinner. They also have a fullbar. Read more

Staff at the restaurant were very accommodating despite it being a slow night and half the dining room having been closed off.... Sadly, their hard work was let down by a poor menu. The Edge is the quintessential hotel restaurant with incredibly blandwestern fare. The burgers was incredibly tasteless. Would not recommend. If you're staying at the hotel, take advantage of someof the many great restaurants in close proximity. Read more
