Stay away from this Subway. I'm not sure exactly what it is that they do because whenever a coworker or myself have eaten from... here we get food poisoning ranging from mild to severe. Maybe the food has been left out too long or it's not kept at a propertemperature, either way, beware of this Subway. If you feel like getting sick then this is the place to go. Read more

Its a subway!!! I live around the corner from this store and pop in from time to time for about the last year or so now at this... location. I don`t understand all the ``rude`` Comments about the staff. This is coming from someone who owns a runs a smallmoving company that hires and fires people that do customer service on a very personal level... the staff at this location isfine they do the job correctly. sometimes the mood of the customer determines if they think they are being treated good or bad.but trust me iv never felt disrespected by the staff here ever and if i did id let you all know about it. WORST customer service!! Been here a few times, both at busy times & quiet times, either way always the rudest customer... service. They never smile, act like it's an inconvenience that they even have a customer. Too had it's the only Subway nearby.Wish I could give zero stars for this one. Read more

This location is better than the one near Joyce Station. They deserve a better rating. I would have rated 3/5 but I decided to... give one more star to help boost the rating of this location. The service was reasonable. My only complaint is that I wanted awrap but only after the wrap was completed they told me the grill wasn't ready yet. So this store lacked in preparedness. WhenI asked to transfer the item to a 6" 9 grain instead of the wrap the server did his best to accommodate. He didn't reallyunderstand my request which would have been able to complete without adding additional cheese. Now I have too much cheese on mySub. My only recommendation is that when customers order an item they should inform the customer that the store can't grill ortoast prior to fixing the Sub because it's disappointing when you spend time ordering something only for them to tell you afterthe fact that they can't follow through on some things you go in expecting. At least then, instead of wasting everyone's timeand energy the customer can either lower their expectations prior to ordering instead of being disappointed with the finalresult or the customer can decide prior to ordering whether they want to place an order. I temporarily thought of walking awaywithout the Sub and going somewhere else but I was hungry so however disappointed I am at the moment I'll take a Sub that Iinitially didn't want. Disappointed with the Sub but have to say the service was reasonable. He wasn't rude and wasprofessional. Read more

Very cheap on fillings. I bought 2 footlong steak sandwiches. They barly put anything in them. I had to beg for pickles and... lettuce. Pickles are cheap but to this establishment they are priceless. Read more

Every time I come into this subway something is wrong or changed or the ladies have no idea what they?re doing and are... completely rude about everything. I?m always waiting forever, my sandwich is always falling apart, my meat is never heatedproperly, I think moving forward, this location needs some training Read more

wish i could give a 0 star. the staff work slow, and not efficient. they barely put any veggies on your sandwich. also, the... lady making my sandwich was too lazy to grab a new bag of lettuce and had to get one of the other workers to grab it for her. Read more
