Ordered a sub and I was asked if I wanted it toasted. I told them no, and they still almost toasted it, I caught it last second... as it was going into the oven. They ran out of ranch sauce, I also asked for honey mustard and they gave me regular mustardinstead. They refused to make me another one, even though it was their mistake. They have worst customer service i would give zero rating if there any option. I order 2 combos from DoorDash for which i almost... paid $28 for which i got only bread with dressing sauce, olives and cheese. When i call them then there employee start arguingwith me instead of apologizes and he said they don?t have flatbread so when i asked they don?t even have Pepsi and lays than hetold me that dasher was in hurry thats why its happen even he wait there for 5mins and at last when i told I?m gonna talk toDoorDash customer service then he told di whatever you can do. There's never any parking here. I don't even go at lunch or dinner time and usually try to go after those rush times and there's... still never any parking. Its not like its a high foot traffic area, everyone is driving to this place unless the work in thecomplex and at least one of the spots is always occupied by their employees. I get that they need to park too but i constantlypull in and have to change plans and eat elsewhere cause there's nowhere to park Read more
As far as Subways go we enjoy this location. It's 24 hours and never seems to be very busy. So we liked the quietness. And the... food is consistent with all other Subways. They also have a weekend special where you buy 2 footlongs and receive your third onefor free with a purchase of a drink. Also late at night police frequent this location which makes you feel extra safe. Theircookies are quite amazing ! Read more
I have been coming to this location for a few years now . This location never disappoints! 1. Doesn?t matter who the sandwich... artist is on shift , all of them do a fantastic job putting my order together every-time. 2. Unlike other location when yourequest a little extra of an ingredient they genuinely make an effort of putting extra ! 3. This location is very clean ! 4.All vegetables are fresh and bread is never stale 5. Must try Chicken Bacon Ranch : with shredded cheese , toasted with onionsfor an extra 20 seconds ! Read more
This location is very clean but lacks a little on customer service,i mean the girls do try to give you a good customer service... but they still lack in a way.I requested to get my bread changed even before it was getting toasted but she wasn?t happy aboutthat.Lastly need to workout on the toppings quantity aswell!
