I would say this is above average compared to the other Subways I've visited. Staff vary in quality but are generally decent.... Haven't had any issues with stinginess in terms of portions or bad ingredients. The only thing that I'm not a huge fan of isthat I noticed they charge a bit more than other Subways. Read more
Today was the worst subway experience I've had. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch. The chicken that was served was ground up.... Not like the pieces in the picture. After biting in I swear there was tuna in the mix. The sandwich was gross tasting. Thecoffee was really bitter but what do you expect? One of the best Subways I?ve been to in my life! The 2 male staff I have been helped by on different occasions are friendly and... put in a good amount of veggies. They don?t try to rush when it gets busy and they ask how my day?s been when it?s a bit slow. Read more
Usually the female staff are amazing and are good at what they do. I would give it a 5 star but I believe on weekends there is a... male staff who works there and is very rude. He is also very slow. I had made an online order 2 hours prior and it was stillnot ready. He never apologized, and I am very patient. I always give ample time when I make and online order and when I pick uphe is always makes me wait when I ask for my order that is all prepared and ready to go because he is waiting for the previouscustomer to pay, who is taking time to find ways of payment. All he could do was hand me my order....while he waited to getpayment. I wasn't jumping the line, I was not interfering with him making a sandwich. Washroom has been out over 2 weeks. Their excuse is no key but it just happens to be locked inside. Being a worker in retail... before you put Ina service order right away. I remind them daily and they have failed to even put in the order today. I'm apaying customer and when I ask for hot water with my food they ALWAYS give me it in a single thin plastic cold cup. Havingworked for Teavana I know what they are trying to do. The paper cups cost more, but not as much as reputation or alreadydedicated customers. Overall I'd say this place should be turned into an express with a sign that clearly states no washroom. For all the reasons above I give this location a 1. *Edit* Later went to see if the bathroom even had a sign for out of order. It didn't so tried the door and it was hard to open, but managed to get inside and found there was no key. Used the washroomand no leaking. The employees are blatantly lying to their customers saying the key is lost or worse that the key is lockedinside which by my photos proves to be a lie. The only reason I see them not wanting to tell the truth is that the manager orthe entire staff has decided it saves time or money not having to clean or deal with mantinience issues. Read more
This week Subway failed me twice. Today I went to this location and showed my coupon. My husband also have a coupon. The man (I... believe he is the owner, because he wasn?t even wearing a uniform just a shirt and a short) denied us of using my husband?scoupon because he said ?only one coupon a day..no more? but it clearly stated on the website that ? Only one valid offer codecan be redeemed per transaction?. It never said only once a day. And me and my husband were paying two transaction. I paid minewith my debit and my husband paid his with his debit card. So we can redeem the coupon and save. We asked if they have tuna hesaid no and we asked if there?s more teriyaki and he said no more. So we had to order beef instead of the regular tuna that welike. What kind of Subway is this? Nothing of things. Just unprofessional and lack of customer service. He told us no morecoupon because so many people use coupons that day. Why send out coupons to people then? Just unbelievable!
