Attempted to order through the skip app. on two separate occasions my order was cancelled as restaurant was unresponsive. First... time I didn't think much of it, could have been busy, decided to give them another chance. Both orders were placed between 9amand 10am on a weekday. Would recommend the Subway on Main for skip orders. reading some of the reviews it looks like a lot ofcustomers had experience of missing ingredients or orders not fulfilled. I hope management reads these and the front end staffdon't just get all the negativity. Read more

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this location even for once. The staff is so unprofessional. The guy over there had... AirPods during the shift and was showing unnecessary attitude. No customer service Such a shady place and this location is worstin whole metro Vancouver area. Read more

Sometimes people make mistakes on orders, but I?ve never seen a Subway screw up a base. If turkey and avocado was devoid of... avocado, then maybe you should call it a turkey sandwich instead. As already mentioned though, they only have one flavour offountain drinks and the drinks are 90% water. Sauce is also basically nonexistent and service is terrible. Probably close to ifnot the worst Subway in Canada. Read more

Excellent customer service, i would like to especially thank Sandy for an above and beyond experience. The vegetables were... fresh, meat was flavourful, abd i was treated with above average service, so ethi g i will not forget. Go out of your way tovisit this location, they do it right. Read more

Definitely the worst subway I've ever been to. Employee was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I told her she made the wrong... order for me (Made a veggie delight when I said veggie patty) put cheese on my order without asking and seemed visibly angrywhen I found it hard to hear her. The dining area looked in much need of a clean too, I didn't dine in though so I only saw itwhile waiting. My experiences with the Subway on Cambie St have been much better. I think I'll stick with those guys from nowon. Read more

To be honest, this is the worst Subway restaurant I've ever visited in Metro Vancouver. First, they didn't have any soup.... Second, their (fountain drink) pops can only add 1 flavour as they only have one available. Third, the pop is like 90% of waterin it. Fourth, they don't have lid and straws. Highly not recommend to visit here if you want to enjoy a happy lunch or dinner. Read more

Sub of the Day special! Cheaper Price with Smaller portion of Steak. Unless I am mistaken, subway's scoops are to measure the... appropriate portion for 6inch sub. When they make my sub, first scoop was ~80% filled and second scoop was 50% filed. Didn'tcomplain because I didn't want other customers to wait. It is either false advertisement or a greedy owner. Please correct me ifmy assumption about the scoop is incorrect. Read more

I pre-ordered using the Subway app and ordered: 6 inch Tuna Melt on Italian Herbs and cheese, toasted with cheese, and asked for... these veggies: regular lettuce, less red onions, less olives, less light mayo, and salt and pepper. Pick up time was for4:55pm, I got there a little early at 4:50pm and order wasn't ready until 5:00pm (which he made while I waited). When I arrived,he was taking care of someone else's order. I watched him use the same pair of gloves, used to make their sandwiches, to holdthe cell phone passed to him by the customer, punch in the order in the same gloves, and use the same gloves for my order. Ihad forgotten to order my drink during the first order, so ordered it on my walk to Subway. When I told him I was picking up myorder, he thought it was just the drink. I tried telling him there was a tuna melt as well, but he tried telling me they did nothave this order. After a minute or two of searching, he found it and started making the sandwich. As I said earlier, I had askedfor less onions. I watched him put a full handful of onions on the sandwich, so I asked him to remove some because there was toomuch (I had asked for "less onions"). He then proceeded to put it back into the red onions container instead of throwing itout. All in all, not a great experience. I think he needs some additional training or some help because he seemed very confusedwith the order before mine and was not great with my order as well. Read more
