Worst location ever - ordered a salad online with a note asking for salad dressing on the side. They missed that note which is... fine. We all make mistakes. However, when I got back to office with the salad, I realized that all they did was remove parts ofthe salad that had sauce on it. So I was missing grated cheese since both the dressing and cheese usually go on top. Some partsof the salad actually had sauce hidden in. As said, we all make mistakes but a fix is all that is needed. Instead, they decidedto hide it. If I was going to throw away parts with dressing on it, I would have done it myself. Read more
Just walk little bit to the other subway on W Broadway. Both Asian ladies who work here during lunch time will not grill your... sub as others mentioned, will make up an excuse. On top of that you'll have hard time communicating with them not just becauseof language barrier, they will purposely ignore you. Read more
I am relieved I am not the only one thinking that this subway location is STINGY in toppings. Quite a shame really. Even if you... ask for more (say jalapeno,) the employee would add ONE itsy bitsy bit of jalapeno and smile at you with a figurative "There!"on her smily face. Talk about supply chain issues! Not worth ordering from them. I ordered a sandwich and asked for extra pickles. The old lady put one single pickle. I asked her... to put some more pickles and she again added only one pickle? She also didn?t add any napkins or paper bag to my order. Theydon?t even let you use the washroom. They simply tell you to go to tim hortons next door. Would not recommend this place toanyone ever. Worst location. 1. Two ladies there would not grill the sandwich by making excuse that these bread we cannot grill due to... cheese. Never had issue at any other locations regarding this. 2. Washroom Out of Order. 3. Would not give me plastic sleeve forthe sub by saying we charge extra .25c for that. I know city of vancouver has by law to charge extra for bags but that are paperbags not these bags. Other locations don?t charge for the plastic sleeve bag. Nice family but REALLY CHEAP on toppings. Feels like a naked sub. And he keeps pushing the toppings down as if it's really full... but theres nothing to push down, he's just squishing my bread lol. I asked for extra pickles (only thing i asked for) he's likethere's usually only 6 pickle slices but i'll give you a bit more, I'm perplexed. I've been visiting this subway location for years, it's at the point that the staff know what I want before I order it. The... bread, meat and vegetables are always fresh, and you can be sure that you'll get a quality sandwich when you visit. It's quicktoo, even at busy lunch times you can get in and out quickly. I've never been disappointed after visiting. Read more
