Got a pack of 12 cookies, all were VERY over cooked, super thin, very hard. And several were missing large chunks!
Poor location and will not come back to this location again. I filled out an online survey and was offered a drink or 2 free... cookies. I tired to redeem and the guy said it wasn?t their subway. This location always has ingredients that are unavailable. It's really frustrating actually. Out of the 7 times I've gone, they... have never had sausage ever and I have left 5 times without ordering because of it. Staff are not friendly at all and always ina mood. I don't like how the location opens at 7am but they turn the oven on right at that time and make the customers wait 10+minutes. If you open at 7am, ovens should be ready to go for then. I love subway. Since I started working a block from this location I have been going every lunch I usually just get the sub of... the day without anything. The person at the counter said I have to get the combo to get the special so I did. First day I got afountain drink no ice because they don?t have any and two cookies for just under 9$. I started getting the same thing every timeI have been there about 6 times. Today I went in and now if I want the combo I have to pay full price for the sandwich of theday. I?m mostly annoyed because I never wanted the combo I just wanted the sandwich but I have been paying extra for the comboevery time. Read more
This Subway is quite fast, but they are usually "out" of whatever you are looking for. Even if they aren't. For example, today... they didn't have the bread I wanted and told me they were out of green pepper. Attached is a picture of the green peppers theywere out of. The saving Grace for this place is that you can be in and out in a few minutes. Not the greatest care or love goesinto your sandwich, but it is a Subway after all. Usually you have 3-4 staff working the lunch rush and the backwards line movedrather quickly. I wouldn't go back to this location if I could avoid it. Hygiene probably isn't the highest during peak times asthey don't change gloves between handling money and your food. I didn't die so no sweat there. Read more
