We didn?t get the stupid this place but we really enjoyed the offerings they had in their market. We got some delicious flavored... compound butter and some broth. We also loved all the cooking aids that they had that could really amped up a meal intosomething special. Read more
Husband and I were thirsty so we stumbled upon this shop. They offered freshly made Blueberry Lemonade and Black Currant... Lemonade. Both flavors were unique and we had never seen it anywhere before. Opted for the Black Currant Lemonade and it wasAMAZING! The perfect level of sweetness with no tart lemon bite. Very refreshing and we would definitely get it again. You canreturn the glass bottle to get back 25 cents, which we decided to do since I like to collect coins from other countries wetravel to. Service was great, the gentlemen that assisted us were friendly. Next time we visit we?ll try other items on themenu! Read more
This placed smelled really good, so I had to try the Smoked Salmon Chowder. I would say it was pretty flavorful, but not... stunning. The chowder was a little thin / watery, I would've liked it to be a thicker consistency. Also the potato to Salmonratio is definitely leaning more heavily on the potato side. Overall, still decent, but probably wouldn't get that chowderagain. Read more
Always a nice selection of fresh soups available here in addition to the frozen & refrigerated items. I like the fact that... they're not too salty. Served with focaccia bread & a spoon utensil. Just follow the ordering procedure and you will be fine.Next! ???? Read more
Terribly weak soup. I got the broccoli and cheddar soup but it was all broccoli and absolutely no cheddar at all. I assumed it... was a cream based soup as well but it just tasted like broccoli and boiled water. Avoid this place as much as possible. I wentsomewhere else (The Lobster Man) for a clam chowder and it was much better than this. Read more
Great soup tucked into the Granville market! I tried the smoked salmon chowder and it is not to be missed. Other perks included... free bread and a great selection of cold soups to go. I would recommend this as a quick stop at the market! Read more
This used to be one of my favorite places years ago. It was a total disappointment. Their 'creamy' fish soup had no fish!... Absolutely did not taste or smell or had any fish texture. Not a single piece made it creamy, but a potato soup. Basicallytasted like creamy nothing... My friend got the vegetables soup and said it was to hot/spicy. The bread was OK. The overall foodquality and taste was pretty poor. Read more
